Over the years we have been victimized by every car sales trick in the book. So I am always edgy when entering a dealership to buy a new car. This was the case this weekend when I dropped by Glendale to check out a price on a new truck. I was immediately introduced to a professional sales person with 16 years experience. She looked up the car I wanted and while she was getting the keys, the sales manager dropped in to give me his card and tell me all Internet pricing was real, and that if I had any issues to please call him. The sales person showed me the car I wanted and then calculated and wrote down the price including the options that I wanted...on paper. There was one question I had about the pricing and when I called the next morning they cleared it up immediately. When my wife and I arrived, after telling them we were coming in to buy the car, they had already installed our options and were washing and gassing it up. The price was EXACTLY what we discussed on the phone. The loan manager even saved us some money by trading a rebate for a lower interest rate. We left with our new truck, and a very good feeling about Glendale. In our experience, these are honest, professional people, serious about selling cars, and about delivering a positive car-buying experience.
