** UPDATE - LOU FUSZ DID THE RIGHT THING & RESOLVE THIS ISSUE - THANK YOU! ** I received a call from the dealership management to inform me that they have decided to REFUND a portion of what my parents felt were over-charged to them. After having a lengthy discussion with the dealer, they now have accepted to make my elderly parents satisfied about the costs that they were initially charged by providing them with a concessionary refund. We appreciate the fact that they have now understood our position; by promptly reacting to my folks with an offer to provide a satisfactory refund amicable to both parties. ** THANK YOU LOU FUSZ TOYOTA FOR MAKING THIS RIGHT **

I just bought my 7th car from Lou Fusz and would highly recommend them as an excellent dealer. My salesman Jim Conaway was excellent, no pressure just a lot of good information. In addition, the service at Lou Fusz Toyota cannot be beat.

My Sales experience with Lou Fusz Toyota in Kirkwood, MO was beyond amazing! I was coming in for a service on my Ford, and did a test drive with Nancy S for a Prius while we waited for my diagnostics. The entire team were understanding of the substantial cost for my repairs and went out of their way to make me feel comfortable and gave me options. I waited a couple weeks, but kept in touch with Nancy. We looked at a couple other Toyota models, but I kept coming back to the Prius just because it would be the BEST investment towards my future. Overall, I thought I wouldn't be driving my new 2012 Prius 2 if it weren't for Nancy's positive attitude & dedicated team at Lou Fusz Toyota! Thanks for years of enjoyment! :) Ps... I just did a 400 mile road trip in my new Prius and only used a full tank. In my Ford, I would have had to fill up at least twice spending about 80-90 dollars one way. in the Prius... Only $35 one way.

Dan B. at Lou Fusz Toyota was the best salesman ever! His knowledge of his vehicles was awesome. Dan along with his sales manager were great to deal with. I came away with agreat car that at a great price. Their follow calls to see if I had any questions were a surprise. I'd definately recommend these guys!!

I just bought my brand new Toyota Carolla S yesterday from Lou Fusz and I couldn't be more satisfied! Everyone I came in contact with at Lou Fusz was very kind and perfessional. Jeff Bohnert went above and beyond with my request, likes and dislikes, and what I had in mind in terms of pricing. We contacted Lou Fusz Toyota through the internet and made an appointment to test drive a Highlander. Our salesperson, Brian Williams, showed us the car and did an outstanding job explaining all of the features to us and put absolutely no pressure on us to buy the car. A week later, my wife and I decided to buy the car and contacted Brian. We were given a fair price and had a hassle free buying experience. We highly recommend Brian Williams and Lou Fusz Toyota to anyone looking to buy a new Toyota.

Mark's customer service was above and beyond. I took off a few hours of work to look at a vehicle that they had just gotten in. It hadn't been detailed or anything, but he went above and beyond to assist us in our pursuit of a Tundra! We have purchased 4 new vehicles from this dealership and couldn't be happier with their service! We are looking forward to working with them in the pursuit of a used vehicle!

This dealership handled all requests perfectly and got me into the perfect car I desired: a 2008 Rav4 3.5L V4 Sport, in excellent condition, with low miles, for a very affordable price. They went above and beyond on my trade-in, to win my business. I recently purchased a 2012 Toyota Prius from Lou Fusz. The salesman was Albert Koesterer. Albert treated my wife and I professionally, respectfully and was very knowledgeable about the vehicle. Albert took the time to explain the features from inside and out. We test drove the vehicle and Albert also assisted in testing out some of the features with the new Toyota entune system. Albert never made us feel pressured into purchasing a vehicle. When we submitted the information for our trade-in and offer on the vehicle, Albert worked for us to get the best deal we could. I would highly recommend using Lou Fusz to anyone and especially Albert Koesterer. Also the finance department was outstanding. The took the time to explain all the various maintenance packges, and again I never felt pressure to purchase any. Also they worked for me to get me the best rate possible!

I enjoyed my time with the dealership. I actually had to order my vehicle which was a new experience for me. The sales person Albert was very helpful throughout the whole process. The care and attention given by this dealership was by far the best I have had from any other dealership that I have ever dealt with. I would highly recommend giving them a look.

Albert Koesterer was my salesman this past week at Lou Fusz Toyota. I had such a great experience with him and the Lou Fusz family. He negotiated me a much better deal on my 2012 Camry than I expected based on the numbers I had researched online on Edmunds.com, and did it with the utmost respect and courteousness. I would definitely recommend Albert Koesterer to all my family and friends. Definitely give them a try!

I just bought a new Prius at Lou Fusz Toyota. My salesman, Mike Morris, was absolutely great. Mike described all of the features of the Prius, was honest and straightforward regarding the actual purchase, and was not in the least bit "pushy." After I bought the card, Mike patiently helped me learn how to use the new exciting features! He answered my questions, and helped me set up the phone, radio, and GPS. It was a very good experience.

it took a long time to even get an answer on the phone. i purchased the vehicle then when they delivered it they said that had been damaged by hail. after driving the vehicle 100 miles it would not start up. i had to call them on the fallowing monday twenty or so times to get a response. they told me that their managers arenot in the building. I thought , why would i go to a place where yopu cant find their managers on a monday morning. the bottom line do not go to fuze dealer ship .I wish I had read the reviews before I went there.
