Over all this was our best experience buying new car. And out of all dealerships around town we had the best experience. Our sales guy would get 11 out of 10 if available. Our buying process (as explained by the sales guy) was - sale person (to sell us a vehicle) - preparation manager (to customize the vehicle) - finance manager (to finance the vehicle) Like I mentioned before our sales person John S. get 11 out of 10 for doing his part. Very friendly,knowledgeable and what I appreciated the most he didn't try to up sell anything. He explained different options and recommended the cheapest option to match our needs. The finance guy was ok, but was late and everyone just wanted yo get home. No complains there. But the preparation part get big 0. it wasn't even the right person there to begin with. And all he tried (fortunately didn't try very hard) to sell us was 1000+ dollars of glorified car wax (no thank you). Just to be clear we were buying RAM 1500 V8. I was expecting to be offered options like bed liner, Nerf bars,bed covers or some other upgrades for a pickup truck. After the interrogation he finally mention that those upgrades are available but we should still try talk to the right preparation manager next day or so or use cheaper 3rd party option. We got our liner and cover from 3rd party as it was much cheaper after all. But what we were really interested to upgrade were wheels and tires. But he wasn't right person to talk to. So we finalized the deal. Starting the next day I wanted to get a hold of the right person in preparation department. After about a week or so of struggles I decided to bother our sales guy 1 more time. He did what he could. 1 hour later we got call from the right guy. We actually met with him as we were picking up the title. I explained what we were looking for. Texted him some some pictures next morning. He said he will come back to us with prices next day. Week later after several text messages, he came with shocking options. It would only cost 2865 for 20 inch upgrade or 2965 for 22 inch upgrade. And the most shocking part was when I asked about the old set. He suggested to keep it as spare or sell it on craigslist or offer up or other site like that. Seriously? And for RAMs black appearance group list several upgrades including wheels and tires for around 1500 or other much large black group for 2700. Including wheels and tires upgrade, excluding the original set. I was so hesitant to write this review just because of the great experience with our sales guy. I just had to, seeing other trucks out there with wheels we could have.

Dead engine after just 2 months. Called and owner yelled at me.

I bought a Mazda CX9 from them and within a couple months the engine was dead. My mechanic told me that there is no way that they didn't know about the issue. It was a worn out main bearing. I left a review at another site and they responded asking me to call Dough Fletcher who I later learned is the owner of the dealership. He did not return my phone calls and when I finally did get ahold of him he berated me for bothering him because he was in an important meeting. When I mentioned that he did not return my calls he told me that "some of us go on vacations" and he didn't have time and that he would call me back. I'm still waiting on a call back. Might just have to interrupt his precious meetings again. Sounds to me like he needs a hug. Caveat emptor!

One week, check engine

Mine Arnold was good. Talks a lot. However, we've only had the car for a week, only driven it a handful of times, and the check engine light has turned on. Not cool.

Great folks

Mike B was real. Not schmarmy or pushy. He made an uncomfortable to me situation less intimidating. I was not expecting to have to purchase a vehicle at this time. It was my first true car purchase from a dealer and I was in a bit of a panic. At the end of it all, I couldn't be more impressed with the exceptional customer service provided.

Good Experience

Gage our Sales Rep was very helpful and worked with us well. We felt like he was friendly, honest, patient, and not too overbearing. Michael in finance had a good sense of humor for a finance guy and actually made paper work kind of fun. In all seriousness he was patient as well and explained things thoroughly. All around good experience.

Sales Follow Up is a Joke

The sales process went just fine...right up to the point where they were supposed to take care of the broken windshield on my used Jeep Wrangler. Have not heard a word from them and cannot locate a contact number or e-mail for any management individual. They hide behind their anonymity.

Bought a New Jeep Renegade

Salesman: John Shryack is a salesman that cares and treats people well. John deserves a four star rating. Finance: Ryan Hurd does everything in the best interest of the consumer. He makes sure you get the best interest and best warranty that money can buy. Ryan Hurd also deserves a four star rating. How ever on 17 February 2016 at 4:00 pm there was a conflict of warranty cost between the owner of the dealership and with his peers. The true problem did not lay with the salesman or finance but somewhere with the sales manager. John was just asking if we can do the warranty and the sales manager allowed. Which this issue brought a lot of tension in the purchase of the Jeep. We do enjoy the jeep. But as a consumer we did not deserve to be in the middle of the issue. In a real world environment this tension would be bringing violence in the work place. This was a experience me and family will never go through again anywhere. But with the salesman side John Shryack was the ideal salesman to help a customer with any question when it comes to a automobile. Ryan Hurd is the best finance officer to help with the questions of the consumer. The reason for the overall one star review was based on the violent temper from the owner.

Quite Satisfied

I bought a new Jeep Patriot for my wife about two months ago, and the sales rep was solidly informed about the vehicle. The finance manager was also knowledgeable as we discussed several options for financing the balance after trade-in and down payment. This is the second vehicle I've purchased from this dealership and I've had a positive experience both times. In fact, my experience was positive enough that I recently referred a young man that works for me to this dealership.

Great Experience

I just bought a 2015 Dodge Journey from Landmark today. This was my second ever vehicle purchase and first new car purchase. Everyone was very courteous, and I especially appreciated that I was treated as an adult and not a woman; they didn't assume I knew nothing about cars, I wasn't asked what color I preferred as the first question, and they never asked if I was going to bring my husband in. (These are all experiences I'd had previously while car-shopping.) Dennis Wike was very friendly and professional and it was a pleasure to talk to him. I actually enjoyed the experience and did not feel pressured at all. I'm very excited about the vehicle, and I feel comfortable that I can reach out to the dealer if any problems arise and receive assistance.

WARNING !!! STAY AWAY. You have been warned.

They bait and switch. They bully. They lie. You will end up paying more in the end. When a price is agreed to they will add something to the bottom line price somewhere and try to slide it by without you noticing. If you read the reviews you will see they do it in many ways. Example, we agreed to a payment of 250 a month. When we were completing the paperwork it was $257.83. I called them on it and the head manipulator came in loudly and very agressively talking over me saying it was in the 250's! No it wasn't! Watch his writing in negotiation, which hopefully if you listen you won't even be there to negotiate, he will sloppily write scribbles next to the 250, 260, or whatever. the only reason I didn't leave was my son had his car totaled and the rental had to be returned the next day and I had to have a car that day. I could tell more but the other bad reviews line up exactly with my experience. After leaving and thinking about the entire experience it was a well oiled machine and the entire sales staff is in on the multiple ways to screw you over. I believe they pull many scams and are good at deflection cause they have been through it many times and have their responses down. They practice it! If you read the other reviews I even believe the owner knows this goes on but doesn't care because it makes him money. If you go there expect to be taken advantage of with no recourse because the owner supports it!

Couldn't be happier!

The team was honest, understood what I wanted and what my budget was and didn't try to talk me into more. The process was smooth, the sales folks courteous and I'm extremely pleased with my vehicle. I honestly can't think of a way I could've had a better experience. Maybe the Harley in the showroom as a throw in?

Stephen was absolutely amazing! He was very knowledgeable about the 2014 Dodge Avenger that I purchased on 9/30/2014! He explained all of the safety features to me so I understood them! Never going anywhere else!

Bob is the most sincere salesman I've ever met. This was my first time buying a car on my own and he was extremely patient with my questions and walked me through each step, I never once felt as if he was trying to mislead me (as has been the case with other dealerships) and I truly appreciated how much effort he puts into each customer's experience. The entire process felt very comfortable and I would specifically recommend Bob to anyone looking to buy a new or slightly used car - in fact I did, to my parents, who also got a new car were equally as satisfied. Jody made the paperwork half of the process enjoyable as well by keeping everything upbeat and positive, and continuing the theme of explaining each part to me as we went through. Honestly I was expecting to be on my guard throughout this process from all the unfortunate things I'd heard from my friends about buying cars without experience, and that was the complete opposite of what I saw and experienced with Bob and Jody.

We totaled our truck earlier this month, so my husband went back to Landmark because they treated us well in 09 when we bought my Journey. After looking around, he found one he liked & began the bargaining process. They got down to what they claimed was a great deal, but it wasn't good enough so my husband walked away. Not a big deal, normal stuff. I had told my husband to check out this one truck they had advertised because it had a few more options than the other ten advertised at the same price, and it was a color he preferred. He looked at the ad and said that's the truck I drove and they tried to sell it for $5k more than their sale ad! He called the salesman, John and asked him about it and said hey I kinda feel like you are screwing me. John says he's offended by what my husband is saying! Instead of saying we offended you, how about apologizing for offending us by hiking up a sale price! Or at least say you didn't mean to give us that impression. He ended up saying we can bring the ad in & they'll do it. Fantastic right? Not so fast...the next day, the truck is bumped up in price but is still a grand under what they tried to get my husband to pay. But we were told they'd honor the price. We took the ad in today, dealt with another salesman, which was fine because we didn't want to offend John's feelings. The new guy looks at the ad & says he saw no problem with honoring that price. It was their mistake. So we get inside & things are moving along when some big bald guy appears out of no where and starts rambling about mistakes and prices and blah blah. Then he says they will sell it to us for the new advertised price and not a penny less because it's not the same model as the others and this particular model is worth more. I glance at the paperwork & see that its the same model as the others but has a few extra options. And the options dont equal an extra $4k. So the excuse that its a different model is bs. We walked out & have zero plans on returning. I should have heeded the reviews I read before wasting time & gas money.

Positive experience buying a used car

I just bought a 2013 Chrysler (used) at Landmark Dodge and the overall experience was quite positive. The salesman was helpful, knowledgable and patient as I looked at many different types of cars over the course of an hour. They also had one of the best websites (for local vendors) that I've seen, and they included their pricing online, which is helpful when you need to rule out some vehicles. Our salesman insisted that I test drive the car I wanted, even though I'd driven one exactly like it. I'm glad he did, because all cars drive differently, and it helped me to make a decision. The paperwork was lengthy, but that's just the way things are now. But I drove away with my new car in less than three hours, which is pretty good. Overall, this was a very good buying experience. Thanks for letting me give a review!
