Purchased the new Outback from University Subaru in Columbia, MO. Outstanding dealership with no pressure and tons of good service. The salesperson and finance department answered all my questions. After having my car a few days, they followed up with a call to see if I had any questions. The 2021 Outback Touring XL is a comfortable, fully loaded vehicle. I love it!

Subaru Crosstrek

The salesman Pete was knowledgeable and professional. The Crosstrek handles very well in all weather conditions, even on the gravel roads. I'm very pleased with the University Subaru dealership and the Crosstrek.

Different Experience

I recently purchased my third Subaru Forester from University Subaru. I bought the first one in 2006. Every time I look for new cars I try to buy something else. I look and test drive but ultimately I like the Forester but even more I like dealing with University Subaru. The process is very transparent. Sales people are knowledgeable. I find my experiences at other dealerships to be more of a struggle. I highly recommend University Subaru. It's a different kind of car buying experience. Everyone, from the person who greets you, to sales, to finance, to the manager and later to service and the check out desk are just Friendly, honest, people you will want to do business with --but be forewarned --once you deal with them it's difficult to go anywhere else!

No hassle purchase

After a bad experience at a different dealership, I was able to get the deal I wanted with no hassle at all at University Subaru. I bought the car within 24 hours of requesting an online price quote and I don't even live in Columbia. I am very pleased with my car and with my buying experience.
