The sales person used "strong-arm"tactics to sell me a car I really didn't want but said it was the only one my credit would allow me to have - I was desperate. The finance manager used the same tactics to add several things onto the loan I did not need and could not afford. He said "Try this and if it doesn't work, we'll see what we can do." Like an idiot, I fell for it. Now I have a car I HATE and a payment I cannot afford. To top it off, I requested the Gap, Life Insurance and Warranty be canceled after 3 months, Heath said he needed to talk with my loan officer first. After a week of not hearing from him, I called the loan officer, this was a lie, he did NOT need his permission to cancel these things on my loan. I went to the dealer and told Heath this, he said okay, had me sign a paper and said he would take care of it immediately. Almost 4 weeks later, I called each of the three extra places and no cancellation had come through on my accounts. I made arrangements to do the cancellations my self, having to go back to Heath for a signature - he lied and said they faxed them all the next day I came in weeks earlier- one place emailed me that it showed up the day I called them. They are [non-permissible content removed] - do not buy a car from these people.
