i bought a 2019 mazda at this dealership. i don't know where it was bought from but it had issues. i don't care for this dealership but they had a car that i wanted. i got screwed out of the $750 loyalty discount for buying a newer model. they sell mazdas but don't participate in the rebates or financing for some reason. they seem to have forgotten about the issues i want fixed. when it comes to customer service, quantity is the only mitigating factor, not quality. i will say that the body shop was very nice and easy to deal with, the only good thing i would recommend.

Got a 2020 Hyundai Tucson at a great price. Todd made our car buying experience simple & fast. Will got us a great finance rate. I have purchased eight (8) new cars over the years from Barnes Crossing Hyundai and in every case my experience has been outstanding!! Eddie Myers has been my sales person throughout and he is very knowledgeable and great to deal with. Kaylee Dodson explained all the technical stuff and answer all my questions on the Hyundai,very proficiently. I speak with Joe Marshall and William Cody practically every time I'am at the dealership and Iam overaly imperssed in the manner in which everyone is treated and handled with the utmost respect ,and on a one to one basis. They let you know that your concerns are most important and are handled immediately in most cases.All the staff and management go out of their way to obtain a positive results...Joe Marshall and William Cody should be commended on their exceptional ability to handle any situation with staff and customers alike and always obtain a positive result..They make you feel like your at a home away from home and that goes for all personnel .Iam 72 years young and I have never dealt with another car dealership that even comes close to Barnes Crossing Hyundai s customers satisfaction and expertise!!! I personally would not go anywhere else to purchase an automobile. They, always pay extreme attention to detail and most of all Customer Satisfaction !! I went into Barnes Crossing Mazda in great need and with little hope. Immediately, Joe Washington began to hunt and dig for me. Before long, Joe worked and wiggled getting me into a car. He worked tirelessly, getting me into a dependable and economical vehicle. I was soon on my way to doing the one thing I had to do, take care of my Daddy! Joe Washington and everyone at BC Mazda goes above and beyond!
