In & out in under an hour. Great. However while waiting in the waiting room a couple of employees came in the hall for coffee & their language was horrible .... MF this & MF that etc. don’t know who they were could only see their backs but definitely not a good reflection in your business. Multi point inspection identified wipers were checked & definitely weren’t. I knew one of the blades was torn but no one caught it.

My service was on my Lexus. After being dissatisfied with service here for the past few years due to mistakes on my bill, this time I was completely satisfied. First of all, instead of dropping off my car, I waited on it. I was pleasantly surprised, as there was a Keurig and several coffee selections, as well as a cooler of water, even packaged muffins should you want one. The room still smelled slightly of cigarette smoke, but it was much improved from the last time I waited. Then, when I got my bill, it was correct. So I think they have tried hard to correct previous mistakes, and I am very pleased.

Correctly Diagnosed

The staff was truthful about the problem and explained what happened. The first dealership I went to I feel wasn't correct in diagnosing the problem. They staff realy saved me money in telling me the real problem and how it happened. The speed sensor was pinched between the rear beam and the U-bolt that caused the traction and ABS lights to be on. The company that installed my lift kit replaced the sensor for free. Thanks Oxford Toyota

Service Dept (Mike was contact) worked me in (no appt.) and was able to get my routine 30,000 mile maintenance done. I needed this because I have to leave on Jan. 1 to travel out of state. He also explained tire tread and outlook for the future regarding the tires. Always treated professionally when I come in to have a car of mine serviced or fixed.
