You want a car buying nightmare, try this place out. The sales staff is totally unprofessional. Went on 2 teat drives. Our salesman spent both entire test drive either on the phone or texting. I pulled up their site on my cell and decided to look at a couple of new Kia's. Don't believe the discounts folks. they're all fake to get you there. Our salesman informed us we had to be an Uber Driver for one of them. Are you kidding me? Out of the $8000 in supposed discounts, we supposedly qualified for only $2500. When they told me I had an "edgy" credit history and I know for a fact my Fico score is 798 (my credit union this morning) it was time to go. If you want to be lied to and stolen from, this is the place for you. I'm amazed the Attorney General hasn't shut [non-permissible content removed] down.

Everything they are angels working, they are there for the customer and want to see them get what they want and it be affordable. I love this dealership will not EVER shop any place else. I have recommended them to at least 6 people.

These guys are a desperate, slimy bunch. They quoted a price on a used 2006 toyota then refused to honor the price. They do not display Buyer's Guides on ANY of their vehicles (this is patently ILLEGAL!). Do not trust anything they say; they will lie to get you to pay an unreasonable monthly payment, then not honor warranties. I've talked with friends who work at other dealerships and they agree, Kia is the worst in the city. Do not bother -- you'll be glad you didn't

I recently went in to trade in my vehicle for a Jeep Liberty that they had on their lot. They provided me great deal of time to test drive and to see if I felt comfortable in it. They attempted every way to get me the best deal for a trade in and for a potential monthly payment. Unfortunately, due to my current vehicle being top heavy with what is still owed and what is worth, I was unable to afford the vehicle I was looking at buying. The staff at Dean McCrary Kia are great. I was not pressured or hassled, they made me feel comfortable and not as though I was "just another sale". Although I could not afford what I was looking for, I was not pressured to purchase something else to just make a sale. They have maintained contact with me and will notify me when something may arrive that could possibly fit my budget. I have been at several other dealers and by far, this has been the best one.

Purchased a vehicle last July from this dealership and was very pleased with the transaction. My salsperson, Lannie, actually brought the initial finance paperwork to my apartment on a Saturday for me to sign and then brought the final paperwork to my office for signing that next week. He really went the extra mile for me - litterally!! Follow up service has been remarkable. VERY pleasant experience.
