New truck with unknown voided warranty and transmission died

I bought my son's truck with a black widow package on it from Turan Foley. The package was on it when we test drove it and purchased. At 62,000 miles, the transmission died. GM does not warranty any vehicles that has any package on it. We were told the dealership would have to handle replacement. What transmission goes out at that few miles?! Contacted the dealership and was told they only warranty up to 60K so we would have to pay for a transmission replacement on the truck and that they don't have time to fool with it. GM also informed us that any new transmission will also not be covered by them since the dealership altered the calibration. A truck that is only 5 years old and basically no longer runs. Turan Foley told us nothing about the GM voided warranty and has no interest in helping. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. And, certainly do not by anything with their SCA package or any other. They will lie and tell you it is covered. DO NOT BELIEVE THEM. Contact GM directly before purchasing a vehicle from them.

Great staff from the GM to the sales group. I will not go to another dealership, as the 3 vehicles that I purchased from this dealership over the last 34 months will attest to.

My salesman Johnathon ?? ( Spelled correctly?) was really helpful and not pushy at all. Mr Leon Lang was also helpful and got me in the price range that I needed to be. Thanks to everyone there, including Mr. Ken for making us feel comfortable. Will recommend others to go to Turan for their next car/truck. Thanks again guys

The salesman, JC remembered me from a previous visit to the dealership, & he was very professional & attentive to my needs & concerns. I told him what I was looking for, & he helped me find exactly what I wanted. I really appreciate his help, & I'm very happy with my new 2015 Chevrolet Cruze.

The process of buying our first Cadillac and our first time at Turan Foley was wonderful thanks to our salesman Brandon! He was so attentive to our wants and needs and making sure we got what we wanted! We hate hate hate dealing with car salesmen because they are high pressure and not fun to deal with and in the past we haven't felt like we could trust them but Brandon changed all of that! We can't say enough about how great he was to work with from start to finish! He had the patience of Job and was very knowledgeable about your products! He really exceeded our expectations and has changed our attitude towards car salesmen. As a matter of fact we will be in the market for a new truck in a few years and plan to contact Brandon first! We usually keep our cars for ten years since we pay cash but are already thinking since Brandon made the experience much more pleasant than any we have ever had we are considering trading it and getting another one from him in around five years! We didn't know Brandon at all until he took our sales call and he made us feel welcome and appreciated and we know we can text or call him for anything and not feel like we are bothering him because he goes above and beyond the call of duty! We definitely have never felt this pleased before and can say by far this was a great experience!

Richard Ball was awesome and made it a great and enjoyable experience vehicle shopping. I would tell anyone to come in there. John Leyser was very nice too. Chuck got our vehicle in to get seal coat at a fast rate. So yes we would recommend anyone to Turan-Foley

Josh Williams and Mr. Lang were a pleasure to work with. The Silverado I purchased is everything I've been looking for in a truck over the last couple of weeks. It was my first new car purchase, and I will definitely recommend Turan-Foley to friends and family.

it was a very positive experience...the sales person (billy) was so attentive to our needs that i thought he was going to adopt us...he has even called us to see how we are liking our new car and how it is liking us...ken monroe was wonderful...he helped us with everything also...i have never had a better car buying experience in my life...all done in a matter of a few hours instead of a few days...thank you to billy and ken...,it was a very positive experience...the sales person (billy) was so attentive to our needs that i thought he was going to adopt us...he has even called us to see how we are liking our new car and how it is liking us...ken monroe was wonderful...he helped us with everything also...i have never had a better car buying experience in my life...all done in a matter of a few hours instead of a few days...thank you to billy and ken...

Great sales representatives. Megan suggested the perfect vehicle. I received more than I sought for both of my trade-in vehicles. I am very pleased with my Turan-Foley sales experience. This is my 3rd vehicle purchase for a reason. The entire staff at Turan-Foley is 5*!
