Salesmen aren't qualified to inspect their vehicles

Received a phone call from Toyota of Brookhaven yesterday afternoon concerning my 2014 highlander. When I purchased the vehicle I was lied too, James Case their salesmen told my wife and I the vehicle had no issues and no previous accidents. Took the vehicle to another dealership closer to home. Spotted the repair right away. Corporate for Sandy Sansing dealerships informed us that they do not inspect their used vehicles, their sales has no knowledge of their vehicles. And they sell them as is. I did some research and find out this isn't the first time this has happened. In 2013 a man bought a Toyota Camry which according to the dealership Toyota of Brookhaven had no accidents and no issues. He had engine issues; well to cut things short. His vehicle was part of a buy back program for Toyota and the engine had been replaced. Sandy Sansing and all of their dealerships operate under these same standards. The week after purchase my rear lift gate started malfunctioning. Well according to corporate it's my fault for not realizing the lift gate was bad when I purchased the vehicle. Stay clear away from here and any affiliates. This is costing me thousands of dollars.

If you are looking for the place with excellent customer service. Go see Roy Perry at Toyota of Brookhaven. Very pleasant experience!. Not only did Roy Perry offer good professionals customer service... the dealer ship and staff was awesome as well. The lobby was clean and so were the restrooms. Go see Roy Perry at TOYOTA OF BROOKHAVEN where they DELIVER!!! As Mr. Perry says all the time "ONE GONE"
