I am a repeat customer of Waconia Dodge Chrysler Jeep! I believe I have purchased four Jeeps from this team - they are the best in the business. Waconia isn't exactly my neighborhood, but it's worth the drive every time. Mike Willie is so pleasant to work with. He knows I am a busy working mom always on the go and makes my transaction quick and easy. I also worked with Ryan in finance and he handled the finance transaction with transparency and was very considerate of my time. I would highly recommend making the drive to Waconia - it's absolutely worth it!

After the auto show I went looking at SUVs. I had a Dodge Charger on lease and was hoping to find a dealer that would work a deal for a new Grand Cherokee. I had service work performed at Waconia Chrysler Jeep Dodge previously and liked their service department so I thought I would give them a try. Shane worked to put together a deal where the dealer purchased my charger and provided a loaded 2016 grand cherokee at a good price. I am very pleased with the vehicle and sales experience. I recommend Dodge Chrysler Jeep of Waconia.

I was in about 6 months ago and looking for a newer vehicle. I was working with Shane Lynch and told home what I was looking for in my next vehicle. At that time their wasn't a vehicle on the lot that matched what I was looking for in my next vehicle. So Shane Lynch went to work and keep his eye out for my next vehicle. At the end of December 2015, Shane Lynch called me with a few trucks I maybe interested in and told me to check them out on their website and get a hold of him to test drive them. After the test drive and " kicking the tires" I sat down with Shane and John Fahey and we work out the numbers. They was no pressure from either one and their willing to work with me was great!! They got me into the truck I wanted at a affordable payments. Which was awesome to hear!!! When I'm looking to purchase another vehicle, it will be with Shane Lynch and Waconia Dodge. Thanks again!!!!

I worked with Dave Reedy and Waconia dodge to buy a new Jeep after I had some issues with other dealers in the metro area. Dave was up front about the pricing and found the vehicle I wanted. I would not hesitate to go back to Dave and Waconia Dogdge for a future vehicle.

We have purchased many cars through other dealerships over the years. The entire buying experience at Waconia Dodge Chrysler was by far the most pleasant ever. Keane R. is the person who was responsible for our great buying experience. Unlike many other dealerships the final price of the vehicle went DOWN on the delivery day. No "low balling" at Waconia. Heidi the person in charge of financing had all the paper work ready and explained everything clearly. Very efficient. When the paper work was complete, Keane took almost an hour out of his busy day to explain everything about our new Jeep.

This is our 15th new vehicle purchased at Waconia Dodge since 1968 and could not be more pleased! Andy Strong helped us in ordering our charger in everything from the engine size, interior style/color to exterior paint at no extra cost compared to picking our one on the lot. We just love it. You will not find a better deal anywhere else. They are very honest and straight forward.

My Super Salesman is Joe D. I have purchased three vehicles from him since 2005. A used 02 Concorde LX, a used 04 Town and Country and in December 12 a NEW 2013 Dart Limited. When ever I am in the dealership for service we always talk. Joe is very friendly. Above all he is very knowledge about the cars he sells. I asked him about the 13 Dart ever since Dodge first announced they were coming out. Joe would show me pictures, talk about the features and share all that he knew about the Dart. In many cases he only had one copy. We finally made the deal in December. Joe D. is the best!
