Whoa!

onThis is one of the most surreal experiences. While the rep was friendly, after I test drove a vehicle, I literally have been hounded by them via phone. Four calls in one day is excessive. This is beyond high-pressure. I just received a text message. NEVER did authorize an SMS by giving them my phone number. The bad reputation of car dealers survives because of tactics like these. Unreal.

onMy car was at the end of its life and it was time to buy. I went to the dealership with specifics on what I wanted to spend monthly and my expectations on what I would accept. Aly Butler was exceptional. She listened, recommended and gave me my best option without any pressure at all. Needless to say I bought. Granted I just got my car but so far so good. Go to Superior and ask for Aly! James

onI've lost count, but this is one of many cars I've purchased from Superior Ford. My salesperson, Ronald Powell is incredible, always going above and beyond for his customers. The service department has akways treated me well, as has the management team. The best Ford dealership I've ever worked with. Thanks for the great service and attention to my needs!

onToday we bought our new 2017 Ford Explorer and we could not be happier with our experience. We traded in our 2013 Ford Explorer so we knew what to expect as far as the car went but we did not know what to expect from the dealer's sales force. Then we met Josh Ginsberg our salesperson. As excited as we were to be buying a new car we were just as excited to meet Josh. From the moment I met Josh I felt very comfortable with his approachable presence and continued interest in helping me to find the best deal for our needs. Josh is very knowledgeable, very professional and most of all he is extremely concerned about taking care of his customers to see that they are completely satisfied. Used truck purchase review

Poor Customer Service

onI bought a car here on March 25th 2017 and they put a temporary paper plate listed for 21 days which is standard. It all goes down hill from there. I had asked for Persian War Plates and we asked on the day of purchase if they needed the paper work for that but they said no since I have had those plates in the past. On April 12th the dealership calls and asked for the paperwork for those plates. No problem I gave it to them. The plate expired April 14th I call the dealership to ask about the plates and they said they do not have them yet, and they can not extend the temporary plate only that can be done by the DMV, so now it is my problem. I call the DMV and they inform me that the dealership did not start to even ask for plates until the 12th and they are on a 3 week back up. I now have a car I have now made my first payment and can not drive. after two week I take a day off of work and go to the DMV and they were going to try to work the system to try and help me so I can drive my car, until they find out the dealership had gotten an extension and never called me. I went to the dealership and they played pass the buck. the extension had been sitting there the whole time and no one called me. They kept blaming a new person in the office and never said I am sorry or anything. I asked to talk to management and they said no one was there. I left my name which they already had any way and told them to contact me, which has not happened . the next day I get a letter from the DMV telling me the dealership has submitted for the wrong plates. They asked for Medal of Honor plates which is another set of paper work and the wrong plates. They said they also contacted the dealership but they never called me again ! I have made several phone calls to the dealership to talk to someone and I give them my name and they say they are transferring me but it always cuts me off ,surprise ,surprise. For some reason no one at the dealership will take my calls. Today is May 23rd and still no plates.

Unethical and unprofessional

onAfter negotiating a price and writing a check, I was told that if we wanted a second key, it would be an extra $250 dollars. When I asked the manager about this, He asked if we inquired during negotiations about getting a second key. Seriously, who thinks you might have to negotiate to get a second key. I left several messages for the general manager to discuss this and he never returned my calls. I finally wrote an email and received the most unprofessional response you could imagine. These people are unbelievable. Avoid if you don't want to be mislead and taken advantage of.

onI recently bought a "certified" used vehicle from Superior Ford and had an extremely bad experience. Within months of my purchase I had to replace all four tires as well as have the alignment fixed due to an undisclosed accident the car had been in. When asked why these issues weren't presented to me when I bought the car the salesman simply said, "how am I supposed to know the details of every car on our lot? GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!

2nd purchase at Superior Ford

onWe had purchased a 2001 F150 from Superior and had not had as good an experience when we bought our 2012 Escape from another dealer. With all the great new technology in the newer cars, we wanted to see if we had any options for an upgrade. What started as a fact finding mission ended with a ride home in a new 2017 Escape! Logan was great and helped narrow down the choices. We gave him our list of wants, wishes, and must-haves and we left with 90% of them met. Really, the only thing we couldn't do was hold our payment the same, but we also didn't want to put any money into the deal. Ford offered a great interest rate and we got a new car loaded with all the newest fun. We couldn't be happier! Time to go read the manuals.

onThe whole process of going online and checking their inventory, to going into the internet department and meeting with Derek Jones and going for a test ride was seamless and very enjoyable. Coming in a few days later to finish the transaction and get all the papers explained and signed could not have been anymore comfortable. I got exactly what I wanted and the truck is fabulous!!

onI had a very particular vehicle in mind when I began shopping for cars and I was able to find the perfect car at Superior. The day I went in to test drive the car, I bought it. The salesman was very helpful. He answered any questions I had, offered more information than I knew to ask and streamlined the purchase process. All employees I worked with were very helpful, friendly and considerate. I left the dealership feeling like I had gotten a beautiful vehicle for a good price.

onWe bought a Ford Escape from Superior Brookdale Ford. We are so satisfied with the vehicle and the experience we had at the dealership. Everyone at the dealership with kind and a joy to be around. Derek J. our salesman was absolutely fantastic. He really took the time to explain everything. He never once made you feel rushed or pushed into something. He was a absolute gem to work with!!! The dealership itself was inviting and friendly and there was no pressure at all. Which is something we like. Because buying a car is a big decision and at Superior Brookdale Ford they seemed to understand that and were respectful of it. Totally a pleasant experience all the way around.
