Sam Lien did a wonderful job of assiting me with my purchase. He cheerfully accepted my unreasonable vacillation over the purchase decision, which surely contributed to my eventiual decision to take the plunge. This under the difficult circumstances of me being some 80 miles dustant from the dealership and the constrictions of COVID-19. Great job!

My lease was up and I was a little leery of how trading mine in for a new lease would go due to the COVID pandemic. Sam was extremely sensitive to the matter and did a great job getting the lease wrapped up and my new car delivered in no time without any hassle!

Sam Lien took my email request for intel incredibly seriously, researched my previous note and the value of my truck, and got me max value in trade as well as the EXACT top-of-line Atlas I was seeking. He didn’t just answer questions, he anticipated what I NEEDED to know, and made the entire process as seamless and easy as any vehicle purchase in my 35 years of driving. I’ll not buy from anyone else, ever again. The support team around Sam was equally amazing, simply marvelous soup to nuts. That all this happened in the middle of the COVID shutdown just makes it all the more stunning.

I have been a Volkswagen customer for many years and have been coming to Volkswagen of Inver Grove since I moved to Woodbury, MN. I can honestly say a that 5-Start rating is well deserved. Kristen Petty is a very professional and personable Sales Consultant who is a pleasure to work with. I was looking to trade a Beetle purchase with a 2020 Tiguan lease and she worked out the details and clearly explained my options clearly, and in a way that I never felt pressured. She made it an easy auto shopping experience. It is because of people like Kristen that I will return to, and recommend Volkswagen of Inver Grove.

Got my new 2019 Jetta SEL only a couple days ago. Only has 60 miles on it, but I can tell you it's the Cats! Runs as quiet as any luxury car. Sam, the Sales Manager, was really great and he knows his auto industry. Mike Glover was great, as always. Got couple vehicles through him.

I worked with Sam Lien and Rollen and Sam did a great job of telling me the features of the new AllTrack. After we test drove, they put no pressure on us whatsoever to make the decision to buy, however when we had decided, he was very quick to find the right car and get us all squared away as quickly as possible. It was a very good experience.

My recent purchase experience at VW of Inver Grove was the best for which I could have asked. The salespeople were extremely professional and enthusiastic. They focused on what I wanted and needed in my purchase, and let me decide what was and was not right for me. I was very happy to not feel coerced into buying something I didn’t need. In the end, I purchased a fantastic car that I will be happy to drive for years. A special shout out to Andrew for his flexibility in meeting, knowledge of the vehicles, as well as his interest in making me feel appreciated as a customer and allowing the buying process to flow naturally
