Service Review -oil change and service

Overall, service was fast and friendly. After I pulled the vehicle out of the garage the next morning, I noticed some oil spots on the floor under the front end. I opened the hood and found that the old filter had been left in the engine compartment - it was lying on it’s side draining. This was the first time something like this has happened here.

Sleazy sale tactics

Went in for an oil change. Was about $117… was called to see if I would be interested in a appraisal on my truck and i Said yes. Then was told I must sign some paperwork on a new truck before I get an appraisal to even decide if I wanted to trade in. The entire thing was weird and shady.

Terrible Experience

When I bought my car in April it was online as a certified pre-owned. They told me that it was not certified and I had to pay an extra $500 to do the paperwork. They took advantage of me as a fist time buyer. After 6 weeks, my car was totaled in a hit-and-run. I found out that they never did a reassignment of title. My insurance claim is being delayed because they didn't know how to do their paperwork properly. I have had nothing but trouble here. The staff has been rude and not helpful in the situation. Do not buy here!
