We just purchased our third vehicle from Michael Gallob and Rudy Luther Toyota. He continues to be our go-to guys when it comes to vehicles. It was a great experience; everything up front, no gimmicks and just all around good service. Chris Swanson made the finance part super easy and worked through a whole bunch of options for us. We keep buying Toyotas for the quality and keep going to Rudy Luther for the way they deliver on a that. We love our new Tacoma! Thanks guys!

Michael Gallob at Rudy Luther Toyota just helped me find and purchase a beautiful 2018 Hybrid Hylander in White / Black for my wife. I couldn't be happier with the car, but also the buying experience and the service I received. I was originally considering flying to DC to pick up a 2017 model I had a line on with 5,000 miles on the clock, but I wanted to give my local dealer a try before committing to a car on the other side of the country. Mike took the time to listen to the details of the offer I had on the table from the DC dealer and then offered me a few things to consider about buying new vs. used, especially when the differences between the two cars were so slight and few given their age and mileage. Mike spent nearly an hour with me helping me find the model I wanted, with the right trim and features. We did the math and ultimately it made a lot more sense to buy a brand new 2018 model locally. Mike gave me all the information I needed to help me make my own decision, informed and with a high degree of confidence. He also humored my every question, no matter how random or out of left field they were about the car too! :-) The financing process couldn't have been easier too. Stacy, the dealership's finance manager was an absolute joy to work with. I felt like I walked away with an exceptional deal and a fantastic rate. This was the easiest part of the entire buying experience. Picking up the colors, trim and features of the car was much more involved! Haha. I would recommend Rudy Luther and Mike Gallob personally any day. We will be back again in the future! THANKS MIKE!

I worked with Mike G. over at Rudy Luther Toyota and he was a huge help for me. As a recent college grad, purchasing a new car was one of the first things I wanted to do and Mike really educated me in making my first purchase. The entire purchase went very smoothly and when his schedule didn't work with mine to finalize everything, he connected me with someone else. All in all, great experience.

This was mine and my husband's first time purchasing a car so needless to say how overwhelmed we felt at first, but our salesman Ron made it so easy! We didn't feel pressured to buy a car because Ron treated us like family. He answered all of our questions, made sure we understood our vehicle before we left the parking lot, and he even took a picture of us with our new Rav4. The financial department was great as well. Katie did a wonderful job explaining all of the packages and what our monthly payment and APR is. She even even gave us advice on how we can lower our principle. All in all, we had a great experience and will recommend all of our friends and family to Rudy Luther Toyota.

Dealt with Mike Gallob and the experience was great. He was very accommodating and answered all our questions. Brought car in so we could inspect it and were very pleased with the condition of the vehicle. He kept in contact with us every day when car was in detail. Kept us informed at all times. Would recommend Mike as the salesman to contact if friends or family were looking to buy a car. Very personable and made us feel very comfortable when asking questions. Exceeded our expectations

Sally's Corolla was totalled. She was OK, but the car was gone. But, it had saved her life, so we wanted another Corolla. Went online to look at Certified Used Car Inventory. Made an appointment with Lon Blumenberg (a great help). Picked out the right car in less than 20 minutes. It had 23k miles, but looks and feels brand new. A most pleasant experience. So, why this review? How many folks can say that buying a used car was a pleasant experience. Thanks to Lon in Sales for making it easy.

The staff at the Rudy Luther Toyota dealership was very helpful with choosing a vehicle. We test drove two compact SUV's to get the feel of the two options we were considering. We found a RAV4 on the lot that met our needs and the staff was great getting the necessary paper work done. We ordered some options which were installed and the dealer delivered our SUV when the work was done. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a vehicle. Again I can't think of any way they could have been more helpful.

I initially went to Rudy Luther Toyota not because it was convenient to where I live or work--it isn't--but simply because I'd met one of its salespeople, Wendy Spillum; I thought I should at least give it a try. I bought from Rudy Luther because Wendy is attentive, responsive, and absolutely great to work with; and because I received an appropriate value in my purchase. I am happy to recommend the Rudy Luther dealership and Wendy Spillum to anyone looking for a car.

Our sales person helped us test drive various models, choose one that is right for us, select the exact options we wanted and valued, and understand all the purchase and finance options and incentives. She was very professional and willing to assist us in every way. We traded our old car and purchased a new Camry, which she personally detailed to expedite the purchase which greatly helped us keep our plans for the day.

I do not purchase very often but try to keep an eye open for the kind(s) of car I would like. I settled mostly on the Toyota Corolla after a test drive of a 2016 last spring. After realizing it was time to let go of my 2001 Saturn, I contacted Rudy Luther with what I was looking for in a newer used Corolla. They found me a 2014 with 24,000 miles on it and I am very pleased. The staff was helpful and met all my [positive] expectations. I would not hesitate to contact them again.

I have been going to Rudy Luther Toyota since 2007 when we purchased our first Toyota. Every time I went in for service they were speedy, efficient and helpful. I sit and relax in their waiting area and before you know it my car is done. I just went back there to purchase a smaller car - a Toyota Prius. The salesman, Tony Zemke, was excellent. He quickly was able to pick up on what I was looking for and gave me all the information I needed (and a few tips). He even accommodated my husband who is in a wheelchair and knew I needed a car he could fit into and we could tow the wheelchair. He was great. Also, the gentleman who did our financing was quick and efficient. He answered all my questions. Another great experience at Rudy Luther Toyota!!

My wife and I leased a new vehicle with the help of Michael Gallob at Rudy Luther Toyota. We could not have asked for a better experience. We've had experience with other dealers and this one was completely different - we never felt pressured, all of our questions were answered promptly, the process was simple, and Michael was very helpful and personable. The sales manager, Debbie, was also a great help and a pleasure to work with. We'll definitely be going back to Rudy Luther Toyota for all of our future leases/purchases!

My wife was not happy with experience at other dealership. After we moved, she decided to try Rudy Luther and was very pleased with all her interactions. When I needed a new car we shopped around and again found the experience at Luther the most satisfying. I found the car I was looking for, and Tony Z was great as was everyone else there. We will definitely continue to do business here.

I came in to get my second used car, the sales consultant my family and I worked with was great! She was patient, calm, and understanding. The front desk was approachable and welcoming. We were able to talk to someone within 5 minutes, and we arrived close to closing time. Rudy Luther was a bit far from where we lived, but if I were to get a new/used car in the future, I would definitely go back. Plus, there was free popcorn!

Worked with Kris Fox who was great. No pressure, and willing to spend a lot of time test driving. I was frankly leery of "no haggle" but honestly I could not have haggled a better price anywhere anyway.

OLD SCHOOL used car buying with all the SMARM

Smarmy, sales person, no vibe of integrity in this Toyota dealership. And I know because I worked with other used sales peeps through my car search and had a way different experience! My sales guy "Billy D" was horrendous. Buying a car is hard and you would expect a sales person to help you understand aspects of the auto. Like here is a key feature on this year and model-- Or point out a serious FLAW- like a deeply scratched rear window. (hehehe maybe she won't notice!) I was buying a Toyota and my expectation was his 20 years sales experience should yield SOME benefit to the customer. But sadly no. He was on to two other sales before I left his desk! I still do not know where to button is for the seat warmer. Oh and Sirrius radio? No clue how to tune that in still. Forewarned is Forearmed, right? Do yourself a financial favor and enhance your car buying experience and protect your financial wherewithal by staying clear of this Glenngarry Glen Ross style of used car salesmanship!

Spent over $50k with in 7 months on a 2014 4Runner and 2008 4Runner, less then 3 days after purchasing my last vehicle the 2008 noticed that the sunroof frame was rusted out to the point where it crumbles if you touch it and they want me to pay just shy of half the price it cost to have it repaired (around $300). Poor customer service I will not have any maintenance done on either vehicle with them anymore or purchase a vehicle at that dealer or Luther dealer in general
