My other mechanic said replace main computer board, 3000.00. I took it into the dealer, this mechanic correctly diagnosed a defect in the rubber seal of the gas cap, primary and secondary. Fixed. This mechanic adds value to the organization.

Simple oil change but was treated like a VIP

1st oil change with new jeep. Super friendly staff, with everyone from the check in guy to the general manager who said hello as I was waiting. The definite vibe, is this is a customer oriented shop and employees like working here. Impressive. The video and narrative of the inspection points was very cool.

Honored appointment time. Explained everything to me. Checked for re-calls (had a computer update) which they took care of. Told me 1 hour to 11/2 hours. Done in just less than one hour.

Brought in my truck for 2 recall items today. 6 hours later i was paying 300 for a item that was recall but supposedly done a the dealership before the truck was purchased. The issue was the blinkers switching in the wrong direction and was exactly what the recall was for. When I called to schedule I specifically told them this issue but had to wait for the parts 3 hours after they took 3 hours to finish the first recall issue with the air bags. Why could they not call for the second part as the first part was being worked on? never returning

Buyer beware! I would not recommend buying a vehicle here to anyone I cared about. They will give you their ordeal about how they value your business and want you to feel comfortable there and once the sale is final you will receive zero customer service. Brian the manager from the parts department is the only one that I received good service from after 2 months of calling, emailing trying to get help from anyone. They pushed me aside and said they would fix things and then I would never hear from them again! Looking back now everything seemed sketchy and I would have never bought my vehicle there had I known.

Horrible. Had to argue with an internet salesman that wouldn't honor an 'as is' offer. I got his manager after 1.5 hours and reached a deal within 40 seconds of greeting him. The put the wrong license plates on the car which screwed up the registration. When I called them about it I was told that I could drive up here and pick up the new plates. After asking if they could compensate me at all for my trouble, I was told that they would provide me nothing and that they were "deadly serious" about that.

We brought a 2010 jeep with luther brookdale jeep .I have to say we were treated more like cattle. Very poor sales service. The Manger just wants you money and keeps you waiting for you vehicle . When you do get it, its not been well cleaned . I have been treaed better at walmart.
