SLK350 is my third Mercedes Benz I got at Feldmann. Scott B was my sales person for the last tow. All I can say is that I had an amazing experience. Scott is extremely professional and he did everything to make me happy about my purchase. I will be back for my 4th Benz in a few years, for sure.

I was extremely happy & satisfied with the sales staff, they could not have been more helpful or sincere in presenting me with my options or finding me the right car of my dreams. When I found the car I wanted everything was taken care of as asked. The followup before and after the sale by Joe Feldmann-owner was very surprising to me. It was like dealing with his father years ago. This is a family owned store run by caring honest people. I would not hesitate to return there again for future automobiles. The sales staff, financial people and sales manager were like ownership. There was never a doubt in my mind about any of them. Good old fashion business, nice to see some are still around!

Flawless transaction

I was looking for a 2015 ML350. I called Feldman Imports spoke to the sales person Boris Perelman. I told him that options I need and the price I would like to pay. Within the minutes I had a text message with the information on the car they had in stock which was the exact color and really close to my specification. I also got the discounted price I could not refuse. I called him back, gave him permission to charge $1,000 on my Visa to hold a car. I also send him copy of my drivers license and insurance information. There was no financing involved. The next day I went to dealership where all the paperwork was done and the car was ready.

I am very pleased with my first purchase at Feldman Imports. Mathew Frost helped me by providing outstanding customer service. I liked how Matt was able to make sure that the car was WELL detailed when I picked it up. I also like the fact that I can get a free airport shuttle whenever I need it!

I Started my Vehicle search online, submitted a request for more info and was Promptly contacted from the dealership. When I went into the dealership itself- The people woking at the front desk knew me by Name! That was a very nice touch. Every person I interacted with while I was there was extremely professional and courteous, Even the men on the floor that were not assisting me with my purchase would walk up to me and make sure I was okay and ask if they could get me anything to drink or eat. The Dealership and It's Staff were all extremely Clean & Well kept. The service people we're also very friendly and answered my questions about additional future add-on's for my vehicle without delay. The Finance Department- Again, Very well kept and professional- (Jenna R)-was very efficient and wonderful to work with. I worked with the salesman Jared K. & I would recommend him to anyone interested in purchasing a Mercedes Benz- he's a great guy, professional, efficient & knowledgable.

We are new to the Mercedes way of treating customers. Friends recommended that we see Tom Ogle at Feldmann Imports and it was a great experience. After a nice leisurely visit with us, Tom was able to find just the right CPO GLK SUV for our needs. This was nothing at all like the usual high-pressure used car salesmanship we were used to. What a delightful experience and we love our Mercedes vehicle.

Daniel Mork a great salesman!

Daniel Mork was my salesman, I live in Rocky Mount North Carolina, I was able to buy a 2011 Corvette with less than 2000 miles on it over the telephone. How did I have the confidence to spend that kind of money buying a car sight unseen? I did it because Daniel was so helpful by sending pics, and answering questions. After the sale he was very helpful in seeing that the car was delivered to me to the extent that he came in on his day off to assure it was cleaned and loaded properly. The result is that with Daniels help we were able to save another Corvette from the brutal winter ahead. Thanks to Dan the car arrived on time and was in perfect condition. Joe Meyer

I bought my 2011 Juke from Andy at Feldman. It was a great experience! He and Troy treated my husband and I with respect and got all my financing issues resolved. Car dealerships can be very intimidating but Feldman was very different. I wouldn't hesitate to send my family or friends there.

The sales person was very friendly and courteous. They were able to answer questions we had about vehicle and brand. The purchase process was very efficient and timeliness to where it didnt take up an entire day. The one complaint I had was the vehicle I was interested in wasnt available until a week later due to the GM driving the car

I was very pleased with the attention and service I received at Feldmann Nissan. Car shopping was not an experience I looked forward to, but my experience at Feldmann Nissan changed my perspective. From the start, they made me feel like I was a person and not a number. They took the time to ensure I was purchasing a vehicle that was right for me and my needs. Overall I would have to say that the buying process was really efficient. Didn't have to deal with that back and forth nonsense you see at other dealers. My sales rep was great - showing me all of the features of my vehicle and how to use them. Awesome service.

I leased a new 2010 Nissan Altima last week from Andy. I cannot even begin to describe how easy this process was! I've leased several vehicles in the past, and this was by far the best experience I've ever had. It's my first car from Feldmann, and I can say it won't be my last. Andy was very helpful and patient. Also, His product knowledge was awesome. Every question I had, he had the answer too. Sadly, that is not always the case. They had a great selection of vehicles to choose from, I ended up with the perfect vehicle! The pricing was right on. Beyond the car/price, I don't think I've ever laughed so much while buying a car. The whole team at Feldmann Imports are very outgoing and fun. I think when you buy a car, it should be exactly that - fun.
