Good experience

Had a great shopping experience with Jen Carr! Very supportive with my questions and requests with no pressure, really helped meeting the goals we had for the vehicle we ended up buying. The reason for not having 5 stars was the vehicle itself; after we picked it up, there were a few issues that needed to get fixed almost immediately that we didn't experience on the test drive; however, the service department has been very receptive and does a good job so far of putting me first in getting out issues figured out, even if FoMoCo's corporate warranty policy isn't the easiest to deal with.

Great Experience with Jennifer Carr

I had the absolute best experience purchasing my Lincoln MKS from Jennifer Carr at Bloomington Lincoln. She helped me throughout the entire process and let me purchase the car on my time. She is friendly and even was pleasant when I had to step away from the process for about an hour. The whole experience couldn't have been better.

All Around Wonderful Experience

Recently I was in Bloomington Lincoln shopping for a Ford Edge, I had the pleasure of working with Jen Carr there. Between her, the general manager, and the financing department they were absolutely fabulous to work with. Not pushy, willing to work with you on what your are looking for (cost, vehicle, APR%,etc.), and straight forward with you. After purchasing, I wanted something checked out I noticed a day later and they were more than willing to make sure everything was 100% with the vehicle. Bloomington Lincoln has so many new and used vehicles to look at, I would definitely recommend working with the employees there. :)

Nate Bash-Bloomington Lincoln

Just bought a vehicle from Bloomington Lincoln sales person Nate Bash. The experience was amazing. Low pressure-very informative-very knowledgeable-over the top accommodating. Everyone involved from Nate in sales to the Finance person, also named Nate to the Service director Dai Vu were all great to deal with on this purchase. Would highly recommend anyone searching for a new or used vehicle to give Bloomington Lincoln a try.

Best car buying experience ever

My son bought a car from this dealership and was impressed with the sales person, Jennifer. He recommended her to me, though the dealership is quite a distance away and other dealerships were closer to me. I'm glad I took his advice. Jennifer was professional, helpful, and most of all, caring and knowledgeable. She selected a car from her inventory list that she felt would meet my needs. I only looked at the one car, and started the buying process on the same day. Her assistant, Joyce was also very helpful. I took delivery on the following afternoon. The finance man (Steve) was also professional and explained everything thoroughly. It was a quick and easy experience. I usually dread the purchase of a new car, but this team made it painless.

Unexpected buy

I went into Lincoln only to look at a few newer models of the Ford Edge they had in stock. I was able to sit down with a dealer right away so there wasn't any wait time (Jennifer Car). The Dealer was very friendly and easy to talk to. I enjoyed spending time with her because you don't see very many women in the dealership role. I was able to relate to her easily and having car talk with her wasn’t as intimidating as it has been in the past with other male dealers. I didn’t feel pressured into buying a car and felt very comfortable when I did make a decision to go home with a newer car that day. I was able to test drive the car I wanted to look at, Jennifer showed me how all the newer gadgets in the car worked, she told me the history of the car and gave some recommendations on a few other tips. She was such a joy to work with and I love my new car. Thanks Jennifer

Ford Fusion Hybrid USED Thanks Jennifer Carr

I have been looking for a Ford Fusion Hybrid for the last 3 months- after a lot of searching I was able to locate a Titanium version of this car- it is everything and more in a Fusion I was looking for. If that wasn't the best thing the price was amazing, it was about $1000 cheaper than KBB, I was seriously considering this deal as too good to be true, but it wasn't, I have bumper to bumper protection on this car, Jenn was so helpful and so so sweet- she made me feel comfortable, did not push anything on me. If I was to make a suggestion was the rest of the crew sorta just hung around while Jenn was running around helping me and others out. But overall great team, good atmosphere and really helpful people. Thanks Jenn, I have already told everyone I know about how helpful and insightful you are-

A Great Experience

I had the privilege to work with Sam and experience was one of the best I've had when making a major purchase. The entire staff was courteous, kind, personable and sometimes even humorous. My wife and I didn't feel pressured, or worse, unimportant. Instead we were made to feel like we had come into an establishment dedicated to assisting us in acquiring the right vehicle for needs, wants and budget. I'll be a life long customer for as long as they provide this stellar service. Sam is just GREAT and went over and beyond to find the right vehicle for my wife and I. He asked the right questions and filled in the time with pleasant and informational conversation! Can't wait to go back in a few years and get another vehicle for one of my children! Thanks again to the entire staff!!!

Jen was very easy and comfortable to work with. We also spoke with Greg the manager and he was wonderful and very knowledgeable as well. Jen really made sure we were comfortable and provided a no pressure experience. She worked hard at getting us exactly what we were looking for at an amazing price. Great Sales Person in Jen!! We would highly recommend seeing Jen at Bloomington Lincoln before buying anywhere else. We love our new car!

Wonderful experience - love my MKC

I bought my MKC from Bloomington Lincoln and not only do I love the car, but it was a wonderful buying experience. Tim Groves is a friendly, fair and knowlegable Sales Associate and I would recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle.

Worse dealership in town

Day 1, called at 10am to arrange to see a used vehicle at 6pm. When we arrived, we had to wait 1/2 hour while they removed the snow from it. They did not even bother to prep the car to show. A deal could not be made after we made our offer. Day 2, salesman called and a purchase price was agreed upon. When we arrived the contract was presented, but at a much higher price. When this was pointed out, the salesman said that was the best he could do. After driving a long distance to purchase the vehicle, this dealer tried to pull an old tactic, hoping the purchaser would not notice the increase. Day 3, a call was made to the sales manager and the events explained. After he apoligized he offered to sell the car as agreed upon on day 2. Day 4, a call was made at 12pm to the sales manager and informed we would pick the car up at 6pm. We were told to ask for the manager when we arrived. When we arrived we were told he was on the phone. After 20 minuets we asked if the manager was still on the phone and if he knew were there to pick up the car. The receptionist said he knew we were there. (He did not even bother to greet us) The receptionist then told us the car we to purchase had been lent out to a service customer. No wounder the manager didn't have the guts to talk to us. The receptionist was great. She contacted the driver of this car, who returned it. No effort was made to clean the car. We were then ushered into a storage room with a desk to go over the paperwork. The only reason we stayed at this dealership, is that the car was for my son, and this was what he wanted. After the purchase was completed, no one came to thank us for buying a vehicle from this dealership. Totally a classless operation.

Does Not Keep Promises

I purchased a new vehicle from Rob Martin. The vehicle had three flaws that Rob assured me he would take care of. The service department was closed at the time I purchased the vehicle. The leather on the steering wheel was peeling off in a spot, the snap that holds the driver's floor mat was broken, and the engine bay was dusty and neede to be cleaned. Rob Martin promised that all these things would be taken care of the following Monday when the service department was open. I called the following Monday and Rob said I should wait until my licese plates come in and save a trip. The receptionist called a few days later to say I should come in a pick up my license plates. I asked to speak to Rob and was transferred to him. I reminded him of the work he promised would get done, he said fine, come in. when I showed up, all I was offerred were excuses and how that isn't his responsibility and I should talk to the sevice department. I talked to the service manager, the sales manger, and of course Rob. All I got were lame excuses and a complete run around
