I searched all around the Detroit metropolitan area for a new 2022 Traverse and we ultimately settled at Michael Bates being is in our community. However because it is a smaller dealership we thought maybe we would have better choices at a larger dealership but we placed and order for a new vehicle and we were told that it would arrive within 6 to 8 weeks. However it came within 4 weeks and we were very real pleased. When our new vehicle arrived Our salesperson set up an appointment for us to come in to get the vehicle. He walked us through all of the amenities and how to work each feature. It was just a very very pleasant purchasing experience. I highly recommend Michael Bates. The financing was expeditious, it was not prolonged they were not trying to sell us extra services that we didn't need. I was just very well pleased. I highly recommend Michael Bates Chevrolet.

Staff was nice and helpful and the service was very nice. They even helped transfer bed cover and items in my new truck. The only reason why I only gave 4 stars is because the selection of vehicles were limited. I did not get the color I wanted but I got the price that I can afford.
