Worst Dealership Ever

Everything with this dealership is flaky, disorganized, no one seems to know what they are doing. And the prices they charge are absurd. I was charged $420 for an oil change and brake inspection. The dealership staff were rude and they seem to be intentionally trying to give their customers a bad experience. Even when the work was complete and I had paid the absurd overcharge, the dealership staff could not even manage bring my vehicle around and returning the keys so I could get out of there. I have never seen any business run this poorly and still stay in business. But from this point forward I will never again use them for anything except the return of this vehicle at lease end.

What an awesome experience I had! No detail too small, they had it covered. Brent B was my sales guy and he could not do enough for me. The process was so smooth and enjoyable, I can not wait to lease my next Cadillac!
