Bad Service

Brought my car in. I was early sat for two hours. Found my car sitting outside garage door. When i asked Lorenzo the service tech why. His reply you want your car back we will get it and tore the work order up. I asked to speak to the manager who came and [non-permissible content removed] is talking over me and i said quiet and she replies don't talk to him like that. What about the customer? She did solve the problem and my car was cleaned and serviced. Customer care is the hallmark of any dealership. Lorenzo ruined my day and my trust in this dealership. I will never be back!

Purchasing a car from Page Toyota was truly a great and hassle free experience. Before coming to Page Toyota I visited a couple of other Toyota dealerships and did a view test drives, unfortunately I just didn’t feel at ease so I kept looking. Then I found Page Toyota, as soon as I stepped foot in the dealership Dean made both my mother and I feel at home. Dean helped answer any questions we had “we had a lot” and was patient and kind. Purchasing my RAV4 from Dean at Page Toyota was a no brainer and I would recommend it to anyone whose looking to purchase a new or used car without the hassle that’s usually associated with the experience.

I worked with Bill Orr from Sales and Brad Stoller in Finance. I started "looking" for a car Tuesday and had a vehicle to drive on Thursday. They both made the process unbelievably easy to go through. I was only at the dealership for an hour or so throughout the whole process. I would highly recommend either of these gentleman to help you get your next vehicle.

I was recently in the market for a certified pre-owned Toyota, I found the car I wanted on the dealer’s site & I scheduled a test drive for the next day. I drove into Page Toyota with a 2010 Camry for trade-in and drove out in a beautiful 2018 Camry SE! It was easy working with Bill, we agreed upon a great deal and he even beat my pre-approved financing. It was a no-hassle, stress-free experience and I would definitely go back to Bill Orr for my next Camry!
