After going through the process of looking at many dealerships we were very impressed with this one! The quality of care and maintenance of their vehicles is Outstanding! We just bought another vehicle from here this past February. LOVE my Dodge Grand Caravan!! Our other vehicle we purchased last year April I believe...Toyota Tundra. Such superb customer service and excellent inventory of vehicles! On top of that the BEST sales employees as you can look at your own pace and not feel pressured!! It is our 1st choice to come to when we want a newer used vehicle. Guido is awesome and highly recommended by us!! Heather & Steve

Excellent Customer Experience

2nd Time purchasing a vehicle from Direct Cars. Vehicles are always in great condition. Showroom is clean and indoors! Guido is a great guy, and has good intentions. You'll notice this as soon as you meet him. All the cars in inventory are hand picked. This is the real value add of Direct Cars. Much more of a boutique feel than a traditional used car dealer. I can trust that he hand picks the cars based off knowledge and reliability. Its not all about making a quick buck, you can tell there is time taken individually selecting each vehicle I went back because the first experience was great and the car hasn't had any issues. Would recommend everyone to Direct cars, and already have.

Poor customer service

We stopped in to look at a vehicle and the salesman was very friendly. After shopping around for a few days we decided to move forward with this vehicle so we scheduled a test drive. The salesman (different from the first) said ok great see you at 5:30, but when we got there he was extremely rude and told us we could not drive the vehicle until we secure financing. Fine, except he didn't offer to help us with this and told us we had to leave and do the credit app online. So we drove an hour there for nothing! Had he been upfront on the phone we could have taken care of the credit app before we got there, or scheduled the test drive for a later date after securing financing. Very misleading and terrible customer service. Will not be buying a vehicle here after that experience.
