It was time to make a decision about my lease vehicle. Thanks to the efforts of Brent Goik, it made most sense to purchase the vehicle. Brent worked with me to make the purchase as effortless as possible. He is a very professional and knowledgeable person who responded readily to all of my concerns. I highly recommend Brent as the sales consultant who will make every effort to assist you in leasing or purchasing a new vehicle.

The whole team at Harber Buick are amazing. I got to work with John Weiss and Justin Rancour. They listened to what I wanted and needed and found me a 2021 Buick Encore that I absolutely love. Thank you so much for all you've done for me and I'll only recommend Garber Buick on State St. in Saginaw. Period!

Awesome Staff

I was happy to get approved for another car even though my credit not the best. At Buick they really take care of their customers. Hollie and John was excellent. They worked their magic to get me approved and I was able to ride out that day with a new vehicle. The only thing I disliked was how the gas gauge looks on the car. I never had a gauge like that so I hope I don't ever run out of gas. It also took forever to get the title.

Excellent Service

Garber maintains an excellent reputation for a reason. Friendly staff and reliable maintenance. My husband and I have been with Garber for our vehicle needs and purchases for almost 7 years and have never been disappointed. I just purchased a new vehicle this week from Garber and was treated with respect and care. Scott Turner was my salesperson and I would recommend him to anyone anytime. He listened closely to my needs and never once tried to push me in direction outside of my price range. And he was kind to my son which is always a 5 star rating in my book. I would recommend Garber and Scott Turner over and over again!

Will not be returning

The initial car shopping experience went well. Cody was friendly and easy to work with. He got me in the vehicle I wanted. Unfortunately the good experience didn't last long. Days after buying the vehicle it started making loud squeaking, chirping noises while driving. Within one month I have had to return to the service department 4 times. The very last time on 4/29/23 I finally thought the issue was fixed and I was finally relieved. The next couple days the vehicle was driving good, but now the same noise has started right back up again just 5 days later on 5/3/23. Everytime I take the car in for service the issue is supposedly fixed. I have no more time to waste and it being an inconvenience for me and unfortunate experience. I will not be returning again. I would rather pay out of pocket now and I will be taking it somewhere else to be looked at since Garber Buick can't seem to figure it out anymore. The vehicle should not have been messing up regardless since I just bought it and with a big purchase like this for me I am very disappointed since I was told it was fully inspected and nothing wrong. I won't be returning again.

If you need a means of transportation, regardless of what it is used for, Garber is THE place to go. If you don't see one, they will find you what you want. Their sales people bend over backward for you. I am near 70 years old and have shopped for vehicles/trucks for a good many years, and have never had a better sales relationship the likes of Garber. Forget the rest, and go to Garber, where they treat you like gold.

I purchased a used Chevy Silverado from Garber sight unseen. Matt and Nick managed the experience perfectly. The truck was delivered in better shape than I expected. Even though the dealership is 250 miles away, I would definitely purchase from them again!

I apologize for the lateness of my review of our purchase of our Dodge Ram 1500. I'm very grateful & thankful to Mr. Anthony Stricker at Garber Buick. None of this would've been possible without my Mother, whom co-signed for me back in 2018 for a 2011 Chevy Malibu. Unfortunately, she left us to be with the Lord on August 17th, 2021. She trusted me & that meant everything to me, & it always will. Love you Mom. Me & my fianceé wanted to trade up into a pick-up & so our search began, finding our way to Garber Buick, where my Mom had also purchased her Pontiac Vibe back in 2004. We came in, looked around & test drove our Dodge Ram 1500. Even though we became discouraged because we didn't think we'd get approved, Anthony Stricker was putting in the work. He checked in on us for a couple of days, simply asking if we've found anything to date but to no avail. Mr. Stricker put the time in, not just trying to make a sale but getting to know us! I would recommend him to any of my family & friends. Thank you & many blessings to you & yours my friend.

I bought a vehicle for my daughter recently. Matt Schauman was my salesperson and it was a pleasure working with him. He was very professional but I found him to be incredibly personable at the same time. It was refreshing and made things much more comfortable. My wife bought a vehicle back on 2014 and I sat with her through it all. John Weiss got her finance and that why we came back for the same care and commitment he brings. He explained everything gave me multiple option for then and down the road.
