I have been a customer for over 11 years and am most grateful for the way the dealership treats its customers and for the way the service department is managed and maintained. Gill and his staff have always been willing and able to help whenever needed. Mr. Randy Palermino made my leasing of a 2016 Accord LX a pleasant experience. He once again displayed a high degree of professionalism and attention detail which made a complicated process efficient and understandable. It is rare to encounter the type of traits that Randy displays with every encounter. I would not only recommend Honda Corporation for the quality of its vehicles, but I would also highly recommend and promote your dealership.

I just drove my 6th Honda off the lot. There is a reason I keep going back to Jeffrey. The sales staff is professional yet friendly, service department is proficient and finance folks are accommodating. An overall pleasant experience.

After driving an Acura for 10+ years, I thought I would trade for another. I was disappointed with the experience at the Acura dealer, so I visited the Honda showroom next door. I found the EX-L to be very comparable to the Acura TLX for much less money, and the salesman, Carmine, worked with me to find the model I wanted (it was not available in Jeffrey's inventory). We exchanged a few email messages, and the deal was done!

I was very happy with my experience with your dealership. I have bought about 6 different cars throughout the years with Jeffrey Nissan and have always been well taken care of. Wes McConney has gone above and beyond with the service he provides me. I also enjoy the fact that he takes time from his day even when I'm just getting an oil change to come and say hi and find out if there is anything he can do for me. I plan on remaining in the nissan family for years to come

What a pleasant experience. Julian was a pleasure to deal with. This is the second vehicle we purchased from Jeffery Nissan. First time was 2005 for my wife. When it was time for me to purchase a new vehicle, I decided to check if Julian was still there. He is. So instantly knew this would be a no pressure & honest exchange. Everything went as planned, and was very nice to deal again with Julian.

The dealership made me cry

I had a poor experience at Jeffrey Kia today. Upon giving me an offer, I stated that the monthly payment did not fit into my budget. Without exploring any other options, the salesman stood up, suddenly with a rude demeanor and stated "then there's nothing we can do for you". The way he spoke was appalling. He told me "your not going to get a vehicle in your budget, so your stuck with yours". It felt like he basically pushed us out the door. I was holding back tears, got in the car and instantly started crying. Rude salesmen are what make a dealership poor. He had no right to make statements like that. It was unprofessional and rude. He has no idea where I have come from in life, what I deal with on a daily basis or if I am capable of getting a vehicle in my budget at another dealer..to give someone that "lack of hope" solely because you didn't make a sale is unacceptable. This Kia dealership needs to teach their salesmen better costumer service skills, empathy and personal skills! Hey! I may have shopped around and NOT found a better deal and came back to purchase their vehicle ..but now, I will not step a foot back into that place, nor will I recommend it to a friend of family member. Additionally, I will be contacting corporate about my experience!!!
