Jim Riehl's Friendly Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram

Bradley Curtis was not helpful enough when we turned in the lease on our van. Consequently we got a letter from Chrysler Capital that stated we owe Excess wear and tear in the amount of $760.50. When I called Chrysler Capital about this I was informed that the salesperson or a mechanic should have inspected the van and told us to fix the problem before we turned it in. When we leased a jeep on the same day it was part of his job to arrange for insurance on the jeep. We had to do that ourselves the next day and the Insurance company was astounded that he let us leave the dealership without insurance. Thankfully we did not get in an accident but it could have been a disaster. I would recommend this dealer again but not Bradley Curtis.
