I was and am totally impressed with Crown Toyota's sales force. I stopped and told them I was looking for a 8 passenger minivan and gave them a price line I needed to stay under which was pretty low for a Toyota. Within a week Troy was coming up with options and he actually found one that fit our criteria. The '04 Sienna we ended up with was & is remarkable. What really impressed me was Tony would call me every 3 or 4 months and see how things were going. We purchased in '08 and he still calls me. Once we were in a bind for a vehicle for one of my daughters and I called him and he was able to provide a loaner. It was such a good experience I make them my 1st stop when looking for vehicles for our new drivers.
