i purchased two suv's for my company a GX 470 and an LX 470 and of course had to entertain other offers from Lansing and Detroit to get a reasonable price. I did so and purchased the vehicles, about $150,000 worth. Both vehicles have been in countless times for repairs that don't get fixed. They promised during the sales process they would come and pick up the vehicles if they ever needed service...they don't!! They will tell you one thing and never follow through. They will lie to your face and support each other lies. It's come to a point where both my business partner and i are selling our vehicles and moving on. The service manager and GM are as cooked as they come............i will never set foot in the pace again!
