Kyle Fritsching and Subaru of Grand Blanc awesome

This is my first Subaru and first experience with the business model of Al Serra (Subaru of Grand Blanc) - no negotiation but an aggressive discount off MSRP advertised up front. As a love of bargains and professional negotiator I thought I'd miss the fun but I dealt with them because they had the Outback I wanted. In fact, it really simplified my life and let me go negotiate business deals for more profit than my personal car. Kyle was absolutely attentive, proactive, got all the details right and provided good follow-up post sale. I absolutely would do business with these folk again. PS- I drove 100 miles one way from Ada MI to shop here!

The best ever! Untill they get paid!!

I have had problems with this dealership from the day I purchased my car. I felt like at the second the got paid they had nothing to do with me. I called the salesman to ask a question about something he had not went over and left numerous messages and did not receive anything back. I would have taken 2 seconds but I guess that was too much. Then I had planned to do my own oil changes and when I went to pick up the filters a service adviser asked me what kind of oil I was going to use and I told him Mobil one. He told me that using anything but Subaru oil would void my warranty. So I called Subaru to find out that was a lie. I have been told other things that Subaru has also verified was a lie so that they could drum up services on me. I also received a coupon from them for my car for $12.95 oil changes and they would not honor the price. They said that was only for regular oil not synthetic but nowhere did it say that on the coupon. I recently took it in there for another oil change and this time I had a wildcard coupon for $10 off any service or parts. They told me I couldn't use it on my oil change/ tire rotation & balance because they were set prices. But If I wanted to spend $300 and get an air filter, valve, and, cabin filter done then they would take off the $20. I then used the coupon to buy the parts for $40 and install them myself in 20 min. Lastly The service adviser is never where he is suppose to be and I have to call over and over to talk to him. Legitimately he always returns the call when a message is left but it is a pain [non-permissible content removed] and he never calls back when I have a free second. I would not recommend this dealer to anyone. I was looking at purchasing a new Legacy for my wife as Subaru makes a fantastic car and it is a shame that this high volume, low care dealer rubs Subaru's name in the mud.

Over the top service!

I recently purchased a certified outback from Serra Subaru of Grand Blanc, and I am happy to say that I would not hesitate to make the 60 mile drive to buy another one from them. I liked the fact that they gave me a better price than the dealer 5 miles away from me and did so without pressure. I found a few minor flaws in the car, and my salesperson, Nathan got right on it, He really wanted to make sure that I was happy with the car. I appreciated the fact that he did not leave me in the showroom wondering when he was going to come back. He returned promptly and said that he could have the items repaired and he showed me a flaw that I did not notice in the interior and said that would be taken care of as well. This showed me a sincere desire to make a customer happy, Do your homework with prices from other dealers and then go see these guys. You are not going to be able to haggle with the already best price, but you will find out what true customer satisfaction is.

Amazing customer service!

Recently bought a new Subaru Impreza from Brian at Subaru of Grand Blanc. Walked in with what I wanted in mind and Brian took care of the sale very professionally with absolutely no pressure towards the sale. Sales man was able to answer all questions; very knowledgeable of the products. Brian and the rest of Subaru of Grand Blanc have offered my the best customer service I've ever received out of any business and have made me a life long Subaru customer as long as it continues. Best first time new car buying experience

This was my first time buying a new car and my salesman took very good care or me. He was honest, answered all my questions, and made my experience painless. Everyone was very nice and I didn't feel out of place. If your looking for upfront answers and awesome service ask for Adam.
