Completely Satisfied, again!

I have been interested in a Cadillac ATS coupe for some time. Ryan Burge was my service advisor for years and now is my sales associate for Cadillacs. After some thinking on my part I decided to contact Ryan on a Wednesday and ask him if he could get me a ATS4 3.6 and his response was immediate and he provided me links for three different vehicles based on what my needs were. I studied the vehicles and told Ryan I would lease an awesome white ATS 4 coupe with the 3.6 and beautiful Kona Brown leather interior. Ryan and I did the deal start to finish on email on Wednesday and I took delivery after work on Friday. The entire experience was painless and Ryan and the entire staff at Al Serra Cadillac were very professional and met all of my needs. I couldn't be more satisfied with the entire experience. I love the vehicle and the fact that I get all my routine service for four years or 50000 miles, and three months each of complementary SiriusXM and 4G LTE connectivity in the vehicle adds to the value of the vehicle as I can try these features out first before subscribing. The entire purchase was a great experience and I highly recommend not only Ryan but any of the staff at Al Serra Cadillac. The Cadillac showroom is very welcoming as well with several models on display, a flat screen TV to watch, very clean, and coffee and pastries.

2015 GMC Sierra from Al Serra

I purchased a 2015 GMC Sierra. My salesman was Jim Pappatheadore and he went above and beyond to help me find the right truck with the options I was looking for and in my price range. I received my vehicle and was given an introduction to the service department and an overview of the features in my new truck. Very friendly staff.

Al Serra - Terrain Purchase

My overall experience was good, I was somewhat disappointed when they tried to lowball me on my trade in. Especially considering they were running "Trade-In Days" promo, where they were giving "Excellent Blue Book For Every Car"....all in all it was still a good experience. But I did find this disturbing.

Oh my! very knowledgeable salesman, Tim Edwards, who understood just what we wanted and how to find the vehicle for us. He spent quality time with us during the purchase process and later, to explain the new technologies. Your General Manager was very cooperative and helpful. His touch of handing me a be-ribboned yellow rose, in person, at the time of delivery was a very professional, toughtful gesture, and will be long remembered. We are very pleased with our crystal red Verano.

2014 Cadillac ATS4 - Lease

I emailed Chuck Rogers on Friday mid afternoon and asked if there were any Cadillac with all wheel drive available to lease for $350.00 a month. He emailed back that there were only 2, ATS4 2014's that would get me in that price range. So we drove down Saturday morning at 8:00 am, Chuck found the car and introduced us to Doug Nolan. Doug did a great job of spending the time with us on the test drive, and helping to facilitate the purchase. Shortly after lunch we were on our way back to Pinconning with our new ATS4! Truly happy with the deal and very happy with Chuck and Doug for helping facilitate this deal! First Cadillac since 1998!!!
