I just bought a new 2016 Chevy Trax from Freedom and have to say it was a great experience. I had Angie as my sales person and she was great. Jeff was a great billing guy and I love the whole experience, No problems although I noticed a small orange smudge or stain on my roof area of my Trax that I did not put there but not a huge deal.

We just purchased the exact car we were looking for-low miles, affordable, & significantly better on gas than our full size SUV! Ken was a great sales associate; professional, informed, fair, and not overly aggressive to make a sale! We felt welcomed-and as though they really appreciated us as people, not just a potential sale walking through the door! The finance associate was also great, making it more like friends chatting at the table than a staunch business deal! This is our first experience purchasing from Freedom, I see us continuing to keep our business local in the future!

Wow!! Such an AMAZING group at Freedom Chevrolet! We had recently been looking for a truck and had been to several different dealerships and talked to many via email. But from the beginning with Chuck's email, we felt good about it. We set up a time to come down and look at their inventory. We met Chuck, great guy. He introduced us to Mike V (our salesman) and we were so impressed with his kindness and willingness to help. He asked what we were looking for, what we were wanting to spend, etc. He was not pushy at all. We looked at a couple trucks, test drove one, but wasn't excited about them. Mike mentioned another truck that we never even thought about and it was THE ONE! We were so excited as it met all our needs/wants. We came in the next day to sign paperwork and Mike even came in on his day off to be there with us and help answer any questions we may have. Jerry, who did our financial paperwork, was great too! Very kind and honest. We have a great truck thanks to a GREAT team at Freedom!
