On February 12th I took delivery of a 2024 Ford Edge from Crest Ford. I have leased 6 Vehicles from Crest Ford, I have also become accustomed to outstanding to sales and service from Crest Ford, and was a great experience again this time with Shawn Muina (prior salesperson had retired).

Paid cash for a 2009 charger that was listed as excellent condition. Made it 4 miles from the dealership and it began overheating. All Crest would do is cover the tow bill. I would re-consider purchasing anything from this dealership. I had hoped for a positive outcome after seeing the good reviews online, but maybe they reward good reviews. After this experience, I'm dos- inclined to ever step into another Ford dealership.

Crest Ford was very accommodating with my niece, who did not have transportation to get to the dealer, or back to her place of employment.. When we took their used car to a mechanic shop nearby, who had run a full diagnostic on it, and found out the scope of the repairs, Crest Ford gave us that nearly that amount OFF the price of the vehicle. Because of the price of the car ($5500) it did not come with a warranty but since we got it checked out, and they paid for the majority of the repairs (less new tires and a gas gauge) we were able to purchase the car, which was one owner and no accidents.

great service! I actually never once had to call for updates on my new fusion. Service kept up on all calls/updates on the status of my vehicle twice a day. It was actually refreshing that i did not have to call them one time. They even called me to offer a free rental. Nice job down there at crest ford keep up the great friendly service.
