Although I got in before my service rep was in for the day, Patrick stepped in to make sure I didn't have to wait to get my rental for the day. He ran with it and got Brandi involved. Together, they had me in a rental car in a few minutes, so I would be on time for work.

2016 Malibu

Vic Canever Chevrolet managers, sales and service are great people, they have gone above and beyond to help us with our 2016 Malibu that issues from day one. Backed us from the start with General Motors to resolve issues and of yesterday put us in a different vehicle per GM, wouldn't go anywhere else. When I brought my Equinox in for a checkup, they found that it needed a major repair requiring a stay of several days. I was pleasantly surprised that within minutes I was given a brand new traverse for a loaner car. My car was repaired ahead of the promised time, all washed and ready to go.

Although it's a few years old, it's like new again (after the dings in the body were repaired/or panels replaced) due to slight dents, dings, etc. They do excellent work.

Service and timing were execellent. Only issue i had was with the wifi in the waiting area, i could not get either my phone or my tablet to connect while i was waiting. Fortunately the wait was short.
