You need transportation what can you do

Every time I enter this service shop I have anxiety, they are arrogant and rude. The entitlement that we just have to take it from them because the vehicles are poorly made is disgusting. No apologies just that the customer should be happy that they didn’t have to wait longer to receive their vehicle back repaired.

Dave Perala

This is not the first time we have bought a vehicle from Dave Perala. This time we bought a Blazer. All we had to do is tell Dave we wanted a Blazer and the color and he knew just what our needs were. He is a very honest salesman to deal with. He did not try to sell us something we didn't want, in fact he kept us in our price range and we got more than we thought we would get for the price we paid. When we left we were very happy with what we got in our Blazer. If you are looking for an honest salesman call Dave Perala he's the Best. Thank you Dave. In fact we sent a friend to Dave a few days later that was looking for a vehicle. Moran you have a good Salesman

Long Wait

The service provided was really good, Matt even combined my points in my account with my husband's which resulted in my services being free of charge. The wait was just a little long. He said the MyChevrolet site was down temporarily while he was working on my points.

2023 Silverado Purchase

The sales representative (Jeff St Peter) was great - knowledgable, courteous and answered all my questions. The administrative end of the closing was very efficient and fast. I was a bit surprised however though that the truck was not fully ready at the scheduled time even though this truck had arrived at the dealership several days prior. This did delay the process and extend the time at the dealership. Apparently the preparation team was running behind for some reason (as a minor note, a complimentary beverage would have been nice at that point). However, overall a very good experience! Thank you.

The oil change has a know price. Itemization is purposefully confusing to avoid answering for additional $50 labor fee. For the remote battery or air filter? Who knows?

Do not go to Moran if you want to be respected

Went there looking to lease a Chevy vehicle. The lobby staff seemed uninterested to help us. But that was taste of things to come. Bill Howard shows up and takes us to his cube. From the beginning I felt like either he is not really interested to help us in finding a good deal or probably he is not used to talking to people of color. When asked if we can test drive a vehicle, he told us we should talk numbers first. How can you expect us to price a vehicle we have not driven yet? When asked about the interior of the vehicle he condescendingly pointed us to some vehicles in the showroom to check them out ourselves. This is by far the worst customer 'support' I have seen in any dealership. Avoid Moran Chevrolet if you are a person of color and want to be treated with respect, at least avoid this 'salesperson'!

I always have great service at Moran when it comes to my vehicle. My service person Tom McEvoy is very nice and always goes the extra mile. With that being said he is a huge complainer. Everytime I come in he is complaining to me about the dealership or personal issues. This last time he was on the phone getting stern with whoever was on the other end. I think I will be going to a different service person the next time.

WORST NIGHTMARE FOR SINGLE LADIES

WORST AUTO SALES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! All these workers do here is LIE and LIE and LIE!!!!! They tell you, DONT WORRY, GIVE US A DAY, I PROMISE. The place is so unprofessional and disgusting. All you get from this is miscommunication And promioises they dont keep. BEWARE. NIGHTMARE ON 15 mile gratiot, clinton township, MI. Manager didnt even apologized for his sale rep mistake. ITs so unprofessional and unethical. Now, I will be bearing $500 or morelose on my car that he promised to close deal but didnt kept his words next day. When I confirmed 3 or 4 times, he said yes you will get same price as today, tomorrow. Next day, He called me saying the prices went up. He didnt apologize and neither his manager did . Well, they lost the customer faith and trust in them. I will be paying extra money on another vechilce from other place because some sales person tried to fool a customer. I MUST SAY THIS HAS BEEN THE ABSOLUTE WORST EXPERIENCE AND THE MOST UNFORGETTABLE EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER BEEN IN IN MY LIFE!!!. THESE PEOPLE AT BEST AUTO SALES ARE COMPLETE [non-permissible content removed] WHATEVER YOU WANT TO CALL THEM!!

Don't keep there word or explain why!!!!!!!

What's the point of a brand new car warrenty when the tires aren't covered. Nor is the paint. EVERY time I take my brand new car to the car wash and get the special "get the bugs off" it takes some paint off. WHY WOULDN'T THAT BE COVERED? YOUR PAINT COMES RIGHT OFF CHEVY? IN A CAR WASH?! I was told to my face they would "fix the paint this time" at the service department last week. They had 2 different guys talk to me at the frount and the first guy didn't explain what was covered and had no idea what was going on.. never asked what paint marks came from where.. they paid for the rental car and also checked out why it sways so bad in the wind to where Im not strong enough to keep it in my lane.. and takes turns no faster than 50-65 on the expressway.. so scared so speeder will crash into the back of me while I'm going this slow! I cry most of the time I drive it!! They called me the next day and said they werent going to fix the paint? after they said they would "this time"? Pat Moran called me and said. "it drives like a Sonic should." NOW I KNOW WHY THE ST. CLAIR CHEVY doesn't have Sonics on there lot!! Feel like I've been robbed.. Can someone pinch me to wake me up? Are these Millionaire [non-permissible content removed] that own these dealships really this crooked??!!?!?!?!? They gave me explanation why, they wouldn't help, till my step dad called and... Because There is another paint mark on the car other than where it comes off in a CAR WASH ON A BRAND NEW CAR THEY WON'T FIX IT. HOW DOES THAT MAKE ANY SENSE? FIX THE DEFECT! CAN'T WAIT TO SEE WHAT BBB AND MIKE COX(Michigans Attorney General) HAVE TO SAY ABOUT THESE [non-permissible content removed] WHO DON'T KEEP THERE WORD!!!!!!!
