Told the Range Rover sport had an automatic starter it didn't, was told I when picking up my car I was 2 hours late. Had to get a pink slip at the dmv I was told prior they could handle it. I spent the 2 hours I was "late" at the dmv. the whole experience was terrible. Find another dealer one in Farmington one at Lakeside. Range Rover sport is a nice dealership was terrible

I used the internet to research the 2010 audi A4. Therefore, when I contacted the dealer I knew exactly what I wanted to save my time. I contacted the internet department and the guy was extremely helpful and nice. After my purchase, he followed up with me to see how things were going and asked if I had any questions. There is another dealer that is much closer to my home, but I decided to drive more distance in order to receive better sale expericence. I received a quote via internet ahead of time so I was able to compare prices before I even stepped foot in the dealer. This dealer is located in a very upper class area and as a young female minority, the sales guy didn't show any hesitation in assisting me. I received true customer service. In fact, I had an issue on Sunday night and left him a message so that he could get it first thing Monday morning. Right after I left the message he called me to answer my questions. So if you are interested in purchasing an Audi contact the Internet Sales Guy.

I went to their dealership intending to buy a new Audi A4. The salesperson treated me like I was just some guy trying to waste his time. Gave minimal information, was reluctant to even show me the car. I guess he was not interested in doing business with a twenty-something Indian dude in a T-shirt and jeans.
