Lakeview Ford Lincoln

I met with Joe Hemp while looking at SUV's for the first time. My wife and I were only "looking" at that time. He brought up an Edge and had us look at it. Other dealers had us walk all around the lot to even look at an SUV. He offered to let us drive it. We told him that we were only kicking tires that day. He said OK, but if we liked the way the seats felt, wait until we drove it. No pressure, just a comfortable suggestion. We left and looked at other SUV's but still liked the Edge the best. My next day off, with my wife working, I went out to buy an SUV; it was between the Edge and the Sante Fe. I started with the Edge. Sam Brown met me at the door and told me Joe was off for the day; they worked together and that he would be glad to help me. I already liked Joe, and I then liked Sam. Needless to say, I bought an Edge that day! The dealership has been very helpful with any questions that I have had, and because of Sam and Joe, I feel like I have had two people looking after me. This appears to be a very well run operation of which I am happy to have bought from at this time. Cudos!
