Recently looked at a used one-owner traded 2008 Volvo C70 offered at $8,700. Took it to local reputable shop for inspection. Discovered broken right front coil spring, and both front axles leaking $1,950 repair estimate. Also, the front window had a long driver-side crack and the antenna was missing. Refused to go lower than $8,000.

I've bought four cars from this dealership over the past 15 years and my parents have bought three cars from them. Good service up until recently, not sure what is going on. They took my money for title and registration transfer fees, but never filed the paperwork. I'm finding out several months later and have been calling for 10 days straight and leaving messages with finance, managers, and ultimately the owner and have yet to receive a single call back. My sales person no longer works there. I'm going to the Secretary of State next as this practice is against the law in Michigan. They are supposed to have 15 days to file, its been 7 months. Also posting on social media, contacting corporate, and with the BBB since they won't return my call and fix this issue. I don't think they will get my business or my families' business any longer. I would suggest going to ANY other dealership based on their poor after the sale customer service.

For consumers thinking of purchasing a vehicle from CR Chrysler in Adrian: A 2013 Dodge Avenger was sold to me as new, at sticker price. Shortly after purchase, I realize that the car was not driving like a new car should. I had the car diagnosed at a different Chrysler dealership. Here are the findings: Front Rotors and brakes needed changing. Electrical issues within the TRANSMISSION, causing the car do drive abnormally. If the dealership is selling NEW cars in this condition, what condition are the used cars in?

Salesman was very knowledgeable and not pushy. Was able to get me everything I wanted, answered all my questions for a very reasonable price. I will recommend a visit to CR for all looking for a Jeep.

Less than 24 hours after our vehicle was purchased the check engine soon light came on and stayed on. I called the dealership and was told that it was nothing probably just the gas cap was loose. I called back that same day and was told that it would be taken care of... this was one of many lies to be told. Within a month of the vehicle purchase the battery died. The truck was towed to the farthest dealership, at our expense of course. The light was not permitted to be taken care of by our own dealer. In addition the other 9 significant items that are wrong with the car will need to be fixed at our expense. On top of that the dealership gave us another car off the lot that has huge problems! Do NOT buy from ADRIAN DODGE, DAVE'S PRE-OWNED IN CLINTON, or any of their sister dealerships!
