I was at the dealership for the routine maintenance. The associate was very attentive to the details I was mentioning about my service request and ensured the same could be accommodated. There were regular updates on the status of the vehicle and the video feedback from Technician was helpful. The price was reasonable and I also bought filter parts to change myself.

Excellent service

I’m glad that this dealership exists. Saves me a trip into Natick. People are nice and accommodating, Bruce shuttled me home after I dropped off my car and they were gracious enough to drive me back to the dealership from home. Car was done with repairs ahead of time and they let me know promptly. They had also sent me a video of what they found in the car that needed attention, so that was helpful as it gave me a heads up of any potential extra costs. James and James were also pleasant to deal with. All in all, great dealership and people.

This was a fantastic experience. I bought the vehicle here and was doing the servicing for the first two years. Then I moved away for a year and just moved back to the area and got my service since returning. They do this cool thing where the mechanic sends you a video of his engine/wheels/brakes inspection so you're fully aware when the service rep follows up with any recommended findings. Did the upgrades and the car was still ready in a short amount of time at a reasonable price.vwill stay loyal to this dealership as long as I own the car and remain in the area. Thank you !!

Recall Service in <an Hour!

I went to Herb Chambers Westborough in response to a recall notice for my 2024 Honda Civic expecting to make an appointment for evaluation. Angela said it could be done “right now.” They researched and my VIN was not one involved but in less than an hour they checked anyway and did a Multi-Point inspection at NO CHARGE. Everyone was very cordial, professional and efficient!

Patrick at Herb Chambers Honda Westborough was extremely helpful and provided exceptional customer service. He was informative, and attentive to all questions, and he stayed on top of everything that needed to be completed for me to be able to take my new car home. Buying a new vehicle is a huge decision for some people, and Patrick was respectful and exuded amazing patience, and this is so important! It was a great experience!

My husband and I went today to end our current lease for our car to finance it out. After test driving a newer version of the car we were leasing, we decided to go with a new lease due to finances and warranty/service available to us. Hilary was such a help in the process - she even expedited it because we had to pick up our oldest son from school and we were on a time crunch. She was beyond helpful and patient with us and our questions. James was very helpful and recommended the vehicle. Thank you to all involved in our process because we all know that buying or leasing a vehicle can be stressful.

Setting up the appointment was easy using the online system. When I arrived my car was checked in immediately and the service representative, Bryana reviewed the work to be performed and clearly explained what was getting done and confirmed my approval of the services I wanted to have completed. The waiting area was convenient with plenty of room for me to get some work done while I waited. The work was completed expediently and the car was washed and ready for another round on the mean streets of New England. Thanks for a great experience!

Pretty quick turnaround

I had bought my car at another dealership but I didn’t want to fight traffic getting to that one. The Westboro dealership is closer to me and there is less traffic. The place is clean, bright. I got there very early, they got my appointment going and I sat in their waiting area for about 1.5 hours while they performed maintenance. Pretty straightforward, I will come here again.

Amazing Service

I took my car in for its first A1 service regarding oil change and tire rotation and all I have to say is the service was amazing! Scott was fantastic and made the in-take process and pick up process extremely fluid and easy! A perfect spot to service your Honda!

I brought my Accord in for a warranty item and what turned out to be a little education for me, rather than actual issues with the car. The warranty item was fixed and I left a little more knowledgeable. They also sent a video created by the tech that worked on my car discussing each item.

I'll tell you why I keep coming back to Herb Chambers of Westborough for my next lease. It is the special treatment I get from every tier at HCW. Hilary Ovalles to Jame Bulger, James in Service and many other people whose names I do not know have made it clear that they want me to enjoy and value each experience I have with them. Hilary has consistently succeeded in understanding what I want in a vehicle and getting me to drive out of the lot in that vehicle. She has gotten to know me and my needs and works tirelessly to find a car to match. My wife, my dogs and I are now enjoying our latest lease (2024 Odyssey) and we'll be back to work with Hilary again in a year or so to upgrade my wife to another Accord. That will be number 7 ... and counting.
