I recently bought a new Jetta from Fathers and Sons. The salesman, Mr. Ortiz, was very helpful. I told him what I was looking for and what I could afford. He found several options and we narrowed it down to the one I wanted. When the car I selected was not available he found one at another dealership he could trade for. It was a pleasant experience as far as buying a car goes.

Recently purchased a '16 Audi S3 from Fathers & Sons Audi. From the first initial dealing with Ethan Prentiss to the day I picked up the vehicle at the dealership, everything was up front and fair. Since this dealership was 2+ hours from my home, 95% of the sales transaction occurred via email. Many emails transpired before the sale (30+) but in the end everything was done professionally and the purchase process was top notch. If I lived closer to the dealership I would have all my services done there and would purchase another Audi from them in the future. Great group of folks to deal with. Kevin L.

I very much enjoyed my experience at Fathers Sons Volkswagen. I went in to purchase a used car, but after talking with Tom, I determined that leasing was a better fit for my budget and lifestyle. I worked with Tom and Steve to find the perfect car that met all of my needs and stayed within my budget. The process was enjoyable and Steve's assistance with running the numbers was very clear and helpful. I found their customer service and attention to be great, and I would certainly recommend them to any friend or family member. Overall, it was an excellent experience.

This was by far one of the best dealerships I have been to. They are extremely professional and never pushy. They also made sure that everything was all set with the vehicle and have been in touch multiple times after buying the vehicle to make sure everything has gone well. I would highly recommend this dealership. The dealer I worked with, Jon, truly cares about the customer. If you go to Father and Sons, ask for Jon. He even set everything up with the vehicle before we took it off the lot, which took close to 2 hours, and explained all the features. Very easy and comfortable experience.

I had walked in to Fathers & Sons expecting to test drive a used Tiguan. 3 hours later I was driving my brand new 2016 Tiguan SE home. It was the easiest and most seamless car purchase I have ever been a part of. Shaun and Ethan were a pleasure to work with and were very accommodating to my needs. I wish I could rate more than 5 stars for the customer service team at Fathers and Sons. I recently traded in my Jetta for a 2016 model and the I can't say enough positive comments about the experience. The sales team is the best I have ever worked with. From the time I walked through the door, I was treated with respect and as a valued customer. They treated me like family! Professional, courteous and thorough. This was my second time going to Fathers and Sons Volkswagen and I will never go anywhere else. The sales team is extremely helpful! They work with you and are very knowledgeable on the products they have. I was on a tight budget and they were able to get me into a brand new car for what I can afford! After several horrible experiences, Shaun Cummings at Fathers and Sons showed me what buying a car should be like. He took my "cold call" from 250 miles away and immediately treated me like a valued customer, we did the deal in a few minutes and I took delivery of my 2015 Jetta SEL TDI in 7 days. I was looking for a new 2015 VW TDI Golf with a manual transmission. I had done lots of research online and had contacted a few dealerships in the area. Fathers and Sons was very quick to reply to my inquiries. Raineer worked with me, and took me on a test drive. Raineer was knowledgeable and took me on a test drive. He was very patient with me too, as it had been a few years since I'd driven a stick (just a few stalls on the test drive!). Once we got back, the Sales Manager and I discussed price, and we very quickly came to a fair deal. We came to a fair vehicle price and I was offered a good deal for my 16 year old vehicle I was trading in. I had done my research beforehand, and the Sales Manager recognized that. He was very straightforward and honest with me. I went home that evening, discussed the financials with my significant other, and the next morning we made the deal and I drove home with the car that very day. Overall, I got the car I wanted for a very fair price with no hassle involved.

I'm the kind of person that makes up my mind very quickly and doesn't like to waste time. The team at Fathers & Sons VW recognized that and moved very efficiently. Jodi, the sales manager, was quick to provide a lease quote. Steve, the director of sales, made the trade-in process quick and easy. Serena, the finance manager explained all the contractual documents clearly. Shaun and Justin, the salesmen, worked hard to make sure my new Golf was clean, gassed, and inspected. I would highly recommend them to my friends or anybody who is in the market for their next car.
