Bait and Switch Buyer BEWARE!!!!

first off I HIGHLY recommend checking the BBB.com for reviews on this dealership they are rated an "F" for good reason. I visited Metro Ford on 4/26/14 to purchase a used truck that I viewed on the internet for $24,980. I dealt with Josh R(salesman) and Rob R(sales manager) I left the dealership not being able to reach agreement. I was called about an hour later by Josh and told that someone else was coming to view the vehicle. But if I would like to purchase it he would add 2 free tanks of fuel to the deal. I then told Josh i would like to purchase the vehicle and gave him my credit card information to process a $100 deposit. Josh did not process the payment for the entire remainder of the day (6 hours) only to call me numerous times and inform me of various fees that will make the vehicle more expensive. None the less I was still interested in the truck and told him to move forward with the deposit and that I would be in the following morning to work out the details and he agreed. He later sent me a text message informing me it was now to late to process a deposit or sell the vehicle to myself or anyone else. I now noticed that the price of the vehicle online had been raised by $3,000. I still went to the dealership the following morning 4/27/14 as soon as they opened at 11:00am, I asked to speak with a different salesman and was introduced to Brian. Brian sat down with me and we went over the deal I had worked out with Josh the day prior he returned to the table only to inform me that the truck was sold last night to a repeat customer of theirs who will have priority over myself, i was told he should be down shortly to make a deposit on the truck even though i was sitting in front of him asking to purchase the vehicle. I asked them if it mattered that i myself was also a repeat customer (having purchased a brand new $43,000 truck in 2011) Brian shrugged his shoulders and told me he didn't know what to tell me but they are not willing to negotiate a deal with me over this vehicle
