Bought a used Cadillac from them low miles, nothing on the accident report. Unfriendly Managers from the get go. had car with no problem for over year one day just fell apart causing over 2,000/2,500 in engine damage as we keep finding new things they put in wrong engine parts to keep it running long enough but in the long run since they were the wrong pieces they striped certain items broke others having three different mechanics look at it all saying the put the wrong parts in or sold it to me knowing that. When brought to the managers “Bob M.’s” attention he said “it seems like your just trying to get money out of us”. No I want you to fix the job and fix it correctly. or give me the same valued car. I would not trust their dealer manager Bob or there cars bottom line. Make the drive to a different Audi there are plenty of them. Otherwise once you are out the door with the car you just bought you are on your own.
