Excellent experience here. While most BMW dealerships are great at customer service I thought these guys went above and beyond. From our test drive with Jamie to our financing with Prerak they were attentive, thorough and responsive. Picking my car up was a breeze -- plus Jamie helped set up all my bluetooth access. Highly recommend this dealership next time you are looking for a BMW.

I had the unfortunate experience of being hit from behind in an accident. After it being towed away and filing out forms, I waited to hear back from adjuster on damages. Insurance company called and said it was a total loss. My original car was an Infiniti and after visiting Mercedes, Infiniti and Cadillac, I was referred to Jamie McCoy at BMW of Peabody. Prior to our appointment I went to their online site to become knowledgeable about BMW and model I was interested in. From our test drives, to discussion on pricing , the entire experience was great. Jamie made it relaxing while asking all the right questions. I made the decision to buy my first BMW and on the day I was picking up car, Jamie went above and beyond expectations. This our 3rd BMW we've purchased from Jamie McCoy of BMW of Peabody since 2008. Jamie does not sell BMWs, his goal is to create a long term relationship that results in a extremely satisfied customer and friend. He makes the purchasing experience personal and intently focused on your wants and needs. Jamie will stay with you during the purchase and service of your vehicle. This is unique in the industry. I bought a certified 328ix 2013 /49500 with 1 year of dealer warranty. 1 mounth late up the car stared shaking so badly so the dealer changed the front tires. 5 months later the car started shaking again and the car needs the rear tires, breaks and the back window is no working neither. I've only put 3000 miles on this car and according with manager is our foul bc we dont drive the car much. Also the manager/ latino manager offer me a side mechanic (Friends of him ) so I dont get screw out by the service dealer...So sold me a bad car which is costing me almost 6k to fix. Only had the car for 6 month and refuses to fix it. Bad Dealer. Buy a car somewhere else otherwise you will end up like me

My experience did not meet my expectations as a buyer of a luxury auto. I purchased a new vehicle and was pleased with the price and process at arriving at the price. However, the specific car I purchased was a floor model and the sales rep did not know the included features of the car well, communicated some features were included that were not. This eventually led to a misunderstanding that he failed to take responsibility for after several opportunities to do so. Finally, I was told I could come anytime on a specific day to pick up the vehicle. When I arrived near noon essentially none of the needed actions to prep the car were complete and I had to wait three hours before I could take it home. This could have been an off day, the sales person truly seems like a well meaning person, but in my experience he came up short.

I want to thank Juan V., John P., Prerak K., Ryan D. and Richard S for an outstanding buying experience. Juan V. did an incredible job helping me decide which car I wanted the most. He was accommodating and an excellent listener. His follow-up to my eagerness for the vehicle (M3) was timely and great. I was deciding between an M3 and X4 M40. He was instrumental is reviewing the cars and SUVs against my requirements and lifestyle. Furthermore, he outlined the benefits of each. John P. made the numbers easy and was equally as patient. Jamie at BMW of Peabody is a consummate professional. He could write a book on customer service. He covers every detail, not just during the sales cycle but throughout your ownership of the vehicle. We just took delivery of our 5th BMW. After 10 years of wonderful service we traded in our first purchase (a 2008 335xi) and combined the end of lease of our 2014 X3 for awesome 2017 540i xdrive. Once again the process was painless... Jamie gave us the time and guidance to compare a M240i, 440i and the 5 series. He helped us build the car of our dreams with several adds that came factory installed. All the paperwork was done very professionally and thoroughly.
