Outstanding Service!

I purchased a brand new 2024 Lincoln Aviator from Sentry In Medford,MA. The entire experience was very disappointing. I vowed not to return there for anything! I called Herb Chambers in Norwood, MA and made an appointment for my first service on the vehicle . I met with Rob Clark and he was just wonderful. He was very professional and kind . He walked me thru the process, got me a loaner vehicle and called with updates. He had the vehicle completed within a few hours. I would highly recommend Herb Chambers for service and will definitely spread the word.

Buying the IS250C was a great experience. From start to finish I was never pressured to do anything I didn't want to. Communications were on time and always updated. My sales person Brook was a pleasure to work with. She worked around my schedule and didn't make me work around hers. It was a very pleasant purchase.

Have bought 4 different Lincoln’s. Their service personnel are absolutely wonderful! Explain everything, diagnose the problem & need, type of work repair necessary, estimate it, get it done, and wash & vac the car before u drive off! Service techs really are a pleasure to work with, AND coffee, muffins, fruit, water as u wait!

They Go Above And Beyond

When my Aviators display flashed time for an Oil Change this morning, I immediately called Herb Chambers to schedule an oil change ASAP. I did not expect to get worked in today at 2:30PM. When I checked in for the oil change, James the service advisor asked me if I would like them to address the outstanding recall issues, which I was delighted to get out of the way. I them asked James if they would have time to do the 25,000 mile service during this visit and cheerfully agreed. I left today a very happy customer!

I am a previous Lincoln owner and as I was looking for another. I stepped into this dealership one Saturday morning. I was welcomed by an amazing person Christine. My husband and I just had a simple conversation of what we were looking for amongst a few others. Christine’s charisma is not a skill you teach it’s in her DNA. It never once felt like she was selling a car. She worked with us by herself and we awaited for our car to be shipped in. She followed up and followed through it was a one woman show. Our car finally arrived and she arranged pick up that was super smooth. If you are looking for a caring person look for Christine she’s not more than a sales consultant.
