I purchased my vehicle from Lexus of Northborough and had a great experience. Much to my surprise when I needed to service my car my experience was just as good. I find the service team to be honest, professional, and reliable, as my vehicle gets fixed the first time. If you want an all inclusive dealership where you could purchase in your vehicle, this is the one.

Yesterday we purchased 2 cars from Lexus of Northborough and as with all of our previous experiences there it was a positive one! Our sales person Fred is always pleasant & helpful without making us feel pressured. And Kevin McHale in finance is amazing- so organized and efficient and personable. The facility is always clean and welcoming! I feel this dealership really caters to their customers!

The dealership is simple but clean Could use a bit more healthy diet choices We met with Chris who was fast and efficient Got the full load down and everything was done in a super pleasant way I didn’t feel like I’m wasting my time talking to different ppl And playing games… Super happy with the new car!!!

Chuck Haddad and the team at Lexus of Northborough were terrific. He was fair, honest, communicative and delivered exactly as promised. There was much uncertainty for all involved given real supply chain issues facing all. Chuck stayed on it and Wtayed in touch. The updates were sometimes disappointing, but always factual and allowed me to plan accordingly. And when the car finally arrived, all parties honored the very deal we had agreed on a few months ago without any haggling. I would buy a car from Chuck again- in a heartbeat.

Due to the times we are living in at the moment (Covid-19), it took a little while to get my car - RC 300 F Sport AWD. However the wait was absolutely well worth it! Since it took four months to receive the car after LEXUS accepted the order, I did need to communicate with the dealership myself to get updated information. When I was told my car would arrive in the middle of February, I wasn’t sure if that would actually happen, but it arrived on the 16th! I went in on the 18th at 9 o’clock to start the process of buying my new car. My salesman, Eugene, and all the people I met there were awesome, excited for me, excited about the car I was buying, friendly and informative. I can certainly tell you I was all smiles when I left the dealership with my brand new car! Of course I haven’t had any service done yet but I am sure I will be as pleased with the service department as I was with the sales staff!
