Lia Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram Northampton

I just completed a used car purchase and trade in at Lia Chrysler Jeep Dodge RAM Northampton. I was very much impressed with the overall experience. Having been to two other dealerships before Lia I was not looking forward to the experience. To my surprise everything went exceedingly well. I was greeted as soon as I entered the sales floor. My sales professional was very attentive and went straight to work finding a vehicle as we discussed what I had in mind. Within minutes I was presented with two vehicles that fit the bill and was test driving one. While I looked at new cars my trade-in was being appraised and I was presented with a fair offer for the trade, no haggling necessary! The entire deal went smooth, I never felt pressured and was treated honestly start to finish. The business manager was extremely helpful in explaining the warranty options and coverage's. All in all this was the most pleasant experience I have had purchasing a car in 50 years. Thank you Lia...very happy with the service!! Thank you Amber Riopelle

We went to check out trucks, we bought a camper and our current Ram could tow it but was looking for something with a little more power. Looked at a white 2013 Ram with a slightly bigger engine. The payment was a little more than we wanted to pay. Our truck on KBB had a trade in value of 18,500 they offered us 16,000 (we approximated our loan at 15,800). We said no. We were in our truck and our slsm stopped us and offered us a lower payment. We said we needed to think about it. He went in and my husband got out to look at it again, the slsm remote started it from inside. My husband went in and they again lowered the payment. My husband said he had to take stuff off his truck and if the offer still stood we would buy it Tues (today was Sat). We called the slsm when we were on our way Tues. we got there and the truck was pulled out and waiting for us. We were in it to take it for a spin the slsm came out with the plates and said "I made a mistake" he pulled out a different white truck it was white a 2014 Ram exact same truck we owned only newer. We said we never even looked or saw this truck. We went inside the mgr told us we misunderstood! They brought the 2013 out twice for us and remote started it in the parking space does this sound like we misunderstood? He said don't you want to even test drive the 2014? I said if you think you got us all exited to buy a truck that you could change it and we would still purchase you were totally wrong. We are out of here! If there was a miss understanding don't you think someone from there or our slsm would have called us or something NO. Don't buy your vehicle from here!
