Recommend this dealer? No Purchased a vehicle from this dealer? No

My husband and I went in on a Thursday morning because we saw a mini-van on line at a very good price. When we got to sit down with salesman and he gave us the breakdown of the pricing he came to us with a starting price that was $2000.00 more than what was on the computer. "Oh I am not sure we can do that price, I don't know how, wow gee that is a good price " he said . Exactly why I am here and took a day off of work. He continued to go and speak with the manager back and forth and back and forth we went....oh and did I mention the van was in New Jersey. Finally after being very persistant because of the price that i came in for they came down $1905.00 so it was still $95.00 over the internet price. They told us they would have the van shipped and we would have it within a couple of days . We just need to leave a deposit and sign paperwork which we did. At that time we just left a deposit of $90.00 they said no problem....they were aware that we were going to put $6000.00 down but $90.00 was fine. So my husband and I stopped looking for vans and think we are all set. Friday morning I got a call from the finance man that there was a problem with the credit. We figured everything out and it would all be fully cleared at the most ten days, should be less, but at the most ten. Without me asking, the financing man told me he would hold the car for me because he knew how much we wanted it and so on and so on. I was so excited. I sent my husband in to put an addition $2000.00 down at 5:15pm. Monday morning, my birthday, we got a call from our salesman telling us the car is no longer available....it was sold.....Friday night. Needless to say I was full of so many emotions at this time. I called to speak to the General Manager Mr. L., he came off to be arrogant because of the fact that when I was explaining the situation he kept interrupting me. He had no empathy and said, "Your credit did not go through and the other dealership called and asked if they could sell it and they sold it." The van was supposed to have been shipped already.......they never did that......They said they were going to hold it for me because the finance guy knew what was happening with the credit and that it was all set. Did he as a GM look into this? Obviously not good enough , or did he just not care because when my husband and I went online on Friday morning they had changed the internet price to the higher price so they were able to sell the van for $2000.00 more? Greed! The GM proceeded to tell me that he had my money....of course you do its my money [non-permissible content removed]! Then he asked if there was anything else he could do? How can I trust anything they say. Bottom line they say something....they can change their minds...be very careful....I will NEVER do business with them never nor will I ever recommend them to any of my family members or friends. Trust is very important now someone else is going to get 18000.00 hope they are happy.
