Commonwealth says to shop them last but I never made it past them to another dealer when I bought my 2018 VW GTI. They weren't pushy at all. I told them the price I was at after comparing prices at other VW dealers and they were extremely competitive. They didn't have the exact car I wanted based on color and options but were able to get me one in only a few days. I would definitely recommend them and shout out to my salesman, Chris LeBlanc, for hooking me up with my car.

My whole car-buying experience was great. Anthony was incredibly thorough while walking us through the vehicle specs and tech. He was approachable and friendly, and negotiations felt very honest and to the point, which I appreciated. He also bent over backwards to be helpful with random questions and requests throughout the process. Overall, it was a great experience!

Shop Them First!

This is the second VW we've purchased from Commonwealth VW. Very happy with the dealership. Sales and finance staff are very considerate and accommodating. Got a great offer for our trade and the purchase was easy. Our past experiences with the service department have been very satisfying. The entire team is terrific and they work hard to earn your business. You can shop them last but save yourself the trouble and shop them first!

Stress Free Leasing Experience

Working with Chris Leblanc was a great stress free experience. Chris was professional, friendly and helpful throughout our first leasing experience. We are very happy with our new Jetta and look forward to doing business with Chris and Commonwealth Volkswagen again. High recommend giving them a chance especially if you are thinking about a Volkswagen. They had plenty of cars on site to look at and were more than happy to get me into the car I wanted even if they did not have it on the lot.

Shifted gears and drove away happy

I originally had a Honda HR-V in mind. Our salesperson, Jesse Allen, was great to work with, but it was simply out of our price range. We wanted to keep working with Jesse, so we decided to look at VW Jettas -also at Commonwealth. Jesse kept working with us the next day and helped get us a great deal on an awesome car. Marshall Daniels and Benny were also a pleasure to deal with.

I visited Commonwealth VW in hopes of purchasing a very nice VW Jetta, and the long drive was well worth it! Andrew Morais; our salesperson, was extremely courteous, attentive to all our demands, and a true gentleman. We received a fair deal with nice extras, and shopping for a new vehicle could not have been any easier. I enjoyed the entire experience as soon as I arrived. The salesman didn't pressure me and were extremely courteous. They made me comfortable and offered refreshments. I felt comfortable and they did an excellent job in explaining all options of purchasing or leasing a vehicle. Upon making my purchase, the vehicle was ready when they said it would be. The manager went over the vehicle and explained all options. I recommend Commonwealth VW to all my friends and family. A great experience!

This is our second Pathfinder that we have leased from Commonwealth. Our sales rep Jovel Ortega was FANTASTIC!!! He was not "pushy" at all. I told him what I was looking for and he found the Pathfinder that I wanted because there were no 2015's left on the lot. I was very happy that he was our sales rep, when I am due again for my next Pathfinder I will be back to Commonwealth and will contact Jovel again!!!! You have a customer for life.

I had a great experience working with Jeffrey Mercedes. He worked with me to find a car within my budget and I couldn't be happier. This was a first new car purchase for me and was a very easy transaction. My daughter also bought a new car from him a few days earlier.
