I had the best experience purchasing my new accord! Jeffrey helped me through the whole process, explained everything in detail, and always made sure to answer any and all questions I had. He continued to keep me posted and was able to get the exact car I wanted in record time. Eddie in financing was extremely patient and was awesome as well! Overall the best experience I've had purchasing a car.

Civic EX Hatchback

Luke Kenefick was very easy to work with. He gave me a really great price and a lot of unbiased advice, which made the buying experience a lot less stressful. The only part of the experience that I did not enjoy was working with the financing staff. They weren't too pushy on the upsell but it was very uncomfortable reading through the many contracts. I definitely felt pressured to just 'sign and drive' without actually reading through what I was signing. I would definitely purchase from here again.

Dishonest Car Dealership

We paid our money in full on May 30, 2017 and got our car on June 7, 2017. The internet salesperson and the salesperson are not honest. We visited this car dealer on May 30, 2017. Before the visit, I called to ask if they have any black 2017 Honda CRV EX in stock. The internet salesperson Melissa answered yes, and we scheduled an appointment. When we arrived on Tuesday, May 30, we were helped by another salesperson Edgar. He was not very patient with us. He told us there was no Honda CRV in stock. They sold all the CRVs on Memorial Day. Then we decided to leave. If they don’t have the car, there is no reason for us to stay there. Edgar kept us to wait and he went to talk with a general manager. He then came back saying that they will have the car two or three days later. We can pay today and get the car later. We answered we will go to another dealer, they can call me when they have the car and we will come back if we have not purchased one. Edgar went to talk with the general manger again. The general manager came talk with us. I showed him the price I quoted from another Honda dealer in Cambridge and told him there are about 15 Honda dealers near Boston, we come to this place because it is close to where we live. I told him the color does not matter. The general manager then made a phone call to ask if there is any CRV in stock. We waited another about 30 mins until Edgar told us that it is our lucky day that they have a CRV in stock. It is olive green which is almost black. We then tested the car and asked Edgar if we pay in cash when we can drive the car back. Edgar said tomorrow. We told him we are in a hurry, so if we can not drive the car back today, we will go to another dealer. He said he will try to make it ready today. After the salesperson, we went to talk with the financial manager. The financial manager said it is impossible for us to get the car today because there are about 70 cars in line waiting to be registered. But he said we can get the car on Wed or Thursday. We said fine and paid the cash. They said they will call us as soon as the car is ready. We waited two days, and the car was still not ready. We needed a car to go places. We called on Thursday and was told that Edgar was not at work. The general manager told us that the certificate of origin is missing so we have to wait for more days. We were very angry and told him we will call our bank to get our money back. The general manager was upset and gave us a loaner car for use before we get our new car. We eventually got our car on June 7, eight days after we paid in full. Honda cars are very good but the dealers are not as good. Just keep in mind they might fool you when you buy cars there. I don’t want to deal with those people ever again.

When everything goes perfectly smooth, you don't really get a good understanding of the type of people you're dealing with. When a schedule/logistics issue arose during the purchase process, that's when Lawrence Ducos and the rest of the team at the Honda Store shined. Hassle free. Very open mind individual. I went in just to look and compare, ended buying it. The only bad experience is the finance staff.. I was in hurry signed on the x. did not read contract till next day. Found out stuff added in without realize. My family all bought last 3 vechile there.

Easy and pleasant purchase of new car

I had done my DD online prior to stopping by Ron Bouchard Honda, located in Lancaster MA, so I knew what I wanted and could afford. My sales rep, Tim Wilson, was as genuine and honest as can be while showing me a few options exactly as I asked. Within two hrs I owned the car without feeling pressured in any way. The owner even stopped by to say hello and shake my hand. Service set up my first oil change, which is free. Purchasing a car could not have been any easier or more pleasant than I experienced.

I believe I got a very fair deal. They worked with me to find the color I wanted and waived the locate fee to bring in the car from a different dealership. Tim Wilson (sales) and Bianca Burgos (Internet sales) were fantastic. Very easy to work with and always very prompt on getting back to me with answers to questions or updated status on the arrival date of the car. Tim was always ready and available when I came in and had everything ready and waiting when I arrived to pick up the car. I can't say enough about Bianca. She is extremely polite and patient. I was probably annoying to her with asking for updates on ETA a few times a week but she never seemed to let it bother her! My experience at this dealership was very positive.

From the start of the process with Internet sales through the purchase of my new Ridgeline I couldn't have been happier. They thoroughly explained all my buy, lease and trade-in options without ever giving me the feeling that they were trying to sell me something I didn't want. I did a lot of research online and at other dealerships before arriving at the Honda Store to test drive a new CRV. The staff was very accommodating, knowledgeable and able to impart their expertise in a non hurried atmosphere. I especially recommend Carlos Gonzalez and Lawrence Ducos of the Sales staff. They are both awesome! They convinced me that I was at the best place to purchase a new vehicle and gave me the best price available, I appreciated that immensely and highly recommend them.

On the ball salesman Ed Walsh

I met Ed Walsh in the parking lot a couple times over a period of time looking at the new 2017 Ridgeline undecided what I wanted he offered his card and never put the pitch on me he just listened and answered my questions. I ended up buying one from him as he was very easy to work with and made me comfortable thru out the buying process and followed it thru to the end. Ed put me in a loaner car until they put my accessories on which made it very convenient. Getting the deal thru the manager was a little challenging as they did the back and forth but we got the deal done which is the only reason why l did'nt give 5 stars. Ed is a great sales guy putting the customer first without all the other BS you find with others. Looking for a Honda go see Ed Walsh, old school respectful and professional regular guy.

I was interested in trading my car and was welcomed from the moment I walked in by Michelle Kennedy. Not only was she knowledgeable and friendly but she was honest. That is something you rarely see from a salesperson. Salespeople can be pushy and can just fluff information. Not Michelle. She was a straight shooter and provided everything I was looking for in a car. My main concern was safety and the Honda Civic EX offered beyond what I was looking for. The Honda Watch Lane blew my mind. I loved the comfort, the quality, and the value I received with this car. Michelle didn't pressure me at all into buying this car. She even walked away for a few minutes just to let me talk it over with my gf. I honestly have never felt more comfortable at a dealership and with a salesman than at the Honda Store. I will be recommending this place and Michelle to anyone who is looking to buy a car! Thank you Honda and thank you Michelle for everything!!!!!!

David Belanger is awesome!

David Belanger helped my wife in trying out a Honda Pilot, which she ended up not being sure about.He listened closely to what she wanted in a vehicle, and even though he was on the Honda side, on a whim he brought over a Nissan Pathfinder and Murano for her to try. She loved the Murano! He then stayed at the dealership all evening on his day off to help us get all the paperwork done. He went above and beyond for us!
