Ashley was the best salesperson I had throughout my search for a car. She was friendly, down-to-earth, and knowledgeable. No judgmental or snarky comments like I have received from other salespeople at other dealers. My only complaint would be about how long the paper-signing process took once I decided to purchase the vehicle, but this seems to be the norm, and they were very friendly throughout.

I never have had to deal with a car dealership before and was quite nervous when I first walked in, within seconds they made me feel right at home with absolutely no pressure. This was my largest purchase ever but it definitely wasn't as expensive as I thought it would end up being, with a ton of options and with all the explanation you can ask for to make sure I was understanding everything, the selection process was made incredibly easy. They work with you on budgeting, your needs, time, and are very responsive even during their busy hours. Even when you are buying/leasing a used car, they make sure it's in top condition before you roll away in it, from doing a complete cleanup, exterior and interior, they fill it up and go through all the features it has so you understand exactly what you invested in. Very friendly team (shoutout to Ashley), helpful staff, I will definitely be keeping them as my main servicing center as well. Highly recommend visiting these guys if you're considering a used or new car. Overall, great first time experience, knowledgeable; friendly employees, and quality-for-cost vehicles.

The salesman was super helpful. He went above and beyond what I expected out of a car dealership making the whole process quite painless and very easy. I would recommend him to any of my friends and relatives who are in the market for new car.

Bought a Focus ST

I bought a red Focus ST at Greenfield location. ALL of the people I dealt with were SUPER! I purchased a bright red Focus ST which is a scream to drive. I would absolutely go back!

Very dishonest--avoid a guy named KEN

I was given an online price quote from Ken Kavanaugh for a truck. We corresponded a few times and he sent me the info for a truck that he said he would have ready for me when I arrived. When I got there he kept stalling about the truck and then admitted there was no truck, denied ever emailing me (I had the emails with me) and was very rude. He completely lied. VERY DISHONEST! We took a day of our weekend to drive up there and he is really a very bad person. We bought the next day at Toyota in Noho---they honored their quote from email. Thanks for reading!
