Came in to check out a car. I got someone who seemed okay at first but fell flat when he had taken me out for a drive. Was slow to tell me where to go and had no initiative to tell me about the car. After drive I fell in love with the car I was going to purchase it same day. Put a downpayment on it then after a long wait time another guy came to me and I was told to put more down by him (he was the financial advisor not the seller now). Seeing that I was hesitant I was asked if I could get the money in two weeks time, and that I had the weekend to think about putting more money down on the car. Called the very next day, (not by the financial advisor) was demanded that I had the money tomorrow and was incredibly rude when I had refuted that I was given more time by the financial advisor. They had obviously not spoken to each other and discussed what was said to me and promised to me. I do not recommend this place. The seller had no drive to sell the car and the advisor had made false promises. I love the car, it was a wonderful vehicle but not worth to purchase after being so rudely put down.

i wont get into the details ...just offering some advice. when you see something online that looks a little too good...you call and they say come down ...be sure to ask them if the vehicle is there and still for sale. I had an appointment, the car was sold 5 minutes before I got there but there are plently of other cars they could show me. bait and switch. plain and simple. you've been warned. :)

Got a lower price at Bernardi than at Boch! Went on President's Day (formerly Washington's Birthday so it was busy. Bought two vehicles so it took a while. All was painless. Salesman Jay Mitchell was the best. He did everything he could to please us. Financier Sam lee was also very helpful and honest. Try Bernardi's..you'll like them!!

He knew the cars inside and out, I felt extremely confident stepping into the car because he sat with me and went through every single detail. Would recommend Bernardi to everyone. I drove over an hour to test drive a used car at this dealership because I was looking for some very specific features that the dealership said this car had. It didn't. I was disappointed with everything from the way I was greeted to the condition of the showroom (half of the building is under construction and the rest rooms are through a store room and then outside up a rickety set of temporary stairs). Half of the sales staff were sitting in chairs with their feet up chatting about the weekend while the other half of the staff were wandering around with nothing to do. I even heard two staff members flirting and exchanging numbers. The gentleman who took the test drive with me was a nice guy, but was unable to answer questions about the car or the remaining inventory in the store. I won't be returning to this dealership.

I was in need of a new car and have purchased other cars with the Bernardi Auto Group so therefore I gave them first try. Marc Ergot was my sales representative and he was outstanding. From the first minute I walked in he treated me like a friend rather then just another walk-in. Marc didn't try to sell me what he wanted to but rather asked me what I wanted. He was able to get me the exact vehicle that I wanted. I did tell him that I had plans to go to other dealers and look a little more and he understood completely. I promised him though that I would come back and give him the chance to be last stop. I am so glad that I did that because he was able to improve on his rate and it helped me make the decision to go with Bernardi. Through the sales process there were a couple of hiccups however Marc and his team were able to rectify the situation. I can't say enough about Marc, Joseph Chang, Mike Knox, and Briana and Mike from finance. They go above and beyond in making sure that the customer's needs are met. I feel that the Bernardi Toyota team treats you more like family rather then just another customer. It is the people and the service that will keep me buying from Bernardi. Thank you!

I drove over an hour after one of their internet(Mirela)told they would match my price of a trade from another dealer the tried to give me $7000.00 less call me a liar because i didn't have it in the email its when I spoke to her on the phone when she called me. i would never recommend this dealer nor would i give them a second chance

I recently had a bad experience with Sales Management at this dealership particulary with Edie , and Joe . As soon as I made a pre-appoinment and went to the dealership i had to wait for 45 Minutes to get to talk to Sales Person . And later on 4 sales persons were changed in rotation stating reason as "we are busy" . I had gone to the dealership through my company discounts via truevalue car , and during the initial talks and my preference towards Camry SE 2014 model , and suggested quote of 19300 I agreed for the sales agreement and was asked to pay initial Deposit of $500 . After signing the agreement and paying a deposit of $500 they came back stating price of the car would 21500 stating they a car with extra features which will cost more . Why initially agreed for 19300 stating model is available . ? Then as I told I am not willing to pay 21500 , they pursued me to opt for Camry LE 2014 model , so inthe process of this tiredness(total 4 hrs 30 minutes) I agreed and left the place . Later next day when i talked to my colleagues and checked with other dealership Camry SE 2014.5 with same extra features was quote for 20400 including the dealership fee. So I called and messaged to sales person that I need to end the deal and no longer wanted to pursue . Later on I got a call from Edie and Joe and was helled that they cannot repay the $500 , and when I said it is not legal as I havent taken the car out or final agreement , they told they have already spent $500 to make a purchase . When i requested the invoice of the expenditure of $500 , they basically told it is dealership internal thing , and was threatened that they might send the lawyer to deal if I by any chance cancel my $500 check . As I had lost my energy , and no longer wanted to deal with this rude behavior , I opted to end the call . I assumed they might not be deducting , but within next 2 days , they $500 was deducted from my bank account . After talking to couple of my colleagues , they mentioned it is hard dealing with sales management of this place . I went to a different dealership with an appointment , and experience was totally cordial and friendly , and quotes were on exact to whatever true value quoted .

I recently purchased a Toyota Tundra SR5 from this dealership. My salesman was Gil. I must say this was the easiest purchase experience I've ever had with a vehicle. There was no pressure, no attitude, just professionalism and a sincere interest in making sure the customer was happy. It was somewhat of a learning experience purchasing a car in MA when I live in NH, but the dealership made sure that I was happy with the delivery, and drove it to my home town to help me get the registration sorted out. Gil was very easy to work with, and smiled (genuinely) throughout the entire process. Never did I feel that I was being pressured into something I didn't want. I will definitely work with this dealership again in the future.

I went into Bernardi Toyota Framingham knowing I was underwater with my trade in. The team at Bernardi Toyota did an unbelievable job finding me a car that fit my budget and help me get out from under my car. I needed a hybird car for low MPG to drive around and I saw a 2012 toyota camry le hybird at Bernardi Toyota dealer's website. Price was reasonable so I went there. Sales representitive Aydin welcomed me at the door. I asked if the car was available. He offered me a test drive, it was amazing, engine had no sound at all, you can't tell if the car is on or not. Aydin was quick to answer all my questions with a big smile, explained me how certified warranty works on used cars, my service options, financing and very little down payment. No hassling at all , no fake talking and no rushing. I really took my time over there, made phone calls, searched online, took smoke breaks. Couple times he brought me coffee while I was on the phone and I felt like I was at a friend house. I am a rough bargainer, I gave little tough time to the financial manager on the add on and the options but heyy, it is in the nature of the business, to get the best deal you gotta do what you gotta do, right! The funny think is the next day I went there to get my car and I saw the financial manager who closed the sale. I asked him if he still wants me to bring customers to him since I am tight on the bargain, he laughed and said "of course". By the way, they were very quick to prepare the registration, I was expecting to go there Saturday but they called me Friday afternoon and I got the car by 5pm, nice to have the car before weekend. The sales person Adan was terrific, our finance officer Vinnie S was great... What was ridiculous, was the EIGHT days it took to take delivery, including a Sunday and holiday. And additionally, on delivery, a remote starter scheduled to be installed, was NEVER DONE, and the "touch up" paint work they did looks worse than the scratches did!! Looks like someone applied it with finger paints. Very disappointed with those 2 items.
