Do Your Homework

Do your homework before buying from this dealer. They will tell you anything to sell you a car at their price when identical cars can easily be found for less money at other dealers. They will also bad mouth other dealers in an attempt to sway you to buy from them. I dealt with a sales rep named Bruno and his sales manager named Cong Truong. They promised me I was getting a great deal on a 2017 QX50 and did not need to investigate other dealers before buying from them. They even bad mouthed Infiniti of Nashua telling me they have very low dealer ratings and are not subject to the same laws as MA dealers. When I asked if that means that the Infinity standards for Certified Pre-Owned vehicles are less in NH they steered around the question and would only say that NH does not have the same lemon laws as Massachusetts. The fact is, if you are buying a certified pre-owned Infinity, it does not matter what state the dealer is located in, the car will be subject to the same Infinity standards. These 2 sales people will also tell you how their cars are priced so competitively that there is absolutely no way they can negotiate their prices. In fact, they will (and they did) negotiate but they will not and did not get to the same lower prices as other local Infiniti dealers. Be very cautious and do your homework. I made the mistake of telling Bruno that I had not been to any other Infinity dealers and had not really researched the value of the car I was looking at. I told him I was just beginning to look at Infiniti as a possible option. After negotiating a deal, they sat me in a room to wait for the business manager to complete all the paperwork. While sitting in that waiting room I went online and immediately found that Infinity of Nashua had an almost identical car (same color, same options and only 1,000 more miles (28k as opposed to 27k miles). The price in Nashua was almost $2k less than the price what Kelly Infiniti had agreed to for their car. And they were crying poverty at the sale price they were giving me. When I got home, I went back on line and found another car at Herb Chambers Infinity that had only 17k miles (that's 10,000 less miles), 2 additional trim packages (more features) and the car was priced $500 less. Just do your homework before considering purchasing from this dealer. They are salesman in every aspect of the word. They do not care about the person making the purchase, only about getting as much money from you as they possibly can.

Customer nonservice

I made the mistake of purchasing from Kelly. First in order to get the best price, I had to finance the balance after the trade in. I told them I didn't want to finance it that I would bring in a cashier check but their best price was if I financed it. I can see if it were financed in house so they wouldn't have too part any service fees. After sitting in the dealership for over 2 hours, not only did I not get to choose which company to finance with but my 800+ fico score should have gotten me a loan of about 3.5% instead they sales me with a rate of 5.5% for 72 months. High pressure sales pitch for warranty extensions. Then after I had the vehicle for less than 1 week I took it to a car wash and the front bumper skirt started to come off. Apparently someone tried to fix the bumper skirt with a deck screw. So much for the detailed multiple inspections. When I brought it to their attention I had to bring it to the dealership to have sales manager inspect it to be told that I caused it and the repair will be my responsibility. If I could give a lower than 1 star, I would.

Buyer Beware

Buyer Beware! Kelly doesn't stand behind their word. Never posted a review before, but Kelly Infiniti drove me to speak out. It would be nice to just get a fair deal from the local dealership, but not if you live on the north shore. They quote prices that are $2k above competitors, but ask you to shop around and bring them offers, as they have a policy of beating anything you bring to them. Turns out that is a lie, so don't waste your time. I came back 3 hours later with a better offer (in writing) and all i got back was silence. Once you contact them, they pester you with emails, but when you provide something they don't want to see, they go dark. Eventually they did respond, and acknowledged that they wouldn't honor their word from earlier that day.

Niko DeSilva is a great sales rep

Niko went above and beyond to get my car to me as promised despite problems created by the finance person at the dealership. He worked hard to gain my confidence and even though there were a few bumps in the road as a result of poor communication & incorrect information by the finance person, he scrambled to make it happen & meet my needs. Niko was very professional & curious, always a gentleman. He worked hard to get me the deal I wanted even thought the finance person tried forcing me into a what was best for his interest and not mine. Niko understood my needs & concerns and performed at 110%. He was more concerned that I was pleased with the outcome despite the finance person's attempts to railroad me. I can say that Niko is trustworthy & honest (can't say that about the finance guy). Had I been handled with the same professionalism & transparency by the finance person I would have provided 5 stars without hesitation. My advise to buyers is come in with your own financing to avoid having to be railroaded. I wish Niko success as he clearly is a true sales professional. Maybe they will promote him to finance and get that department straightened out.

Great Dealership - Make it Easy

I recently purchased a 2011 M37X and dealt with Dan Hart. Dan was very knowledgeable and easy to deal with. He made the process extremely easy and hassle free. I have dealt with many dealerships and reps in the past and I can honestly say this was the best and easiest experience on all ends. They made us feel at home and welcome from the minute you walked in until the time you drove away with the vehicle. I would recommend both Dan and Kelly Infiniti to anyone looking for a nice hassle free experience I also dealt with the sales manager Dave Labrecque who took the time to show me all the features within the vehicle before I drove it off the lot. Overall a great experience and see myself staying with the Kelly Infiniti family for a long time to come.

Why I Keep Coming Back!

We have a long history with Kelly Infiniti, Lisa Avola and The Kelly Family of Brands. It began almost 17 years ago and 9 cars later the same service and values live on. I couldn't believe a car buying experience could be so pleasant. We have had wonderful success with the Infiniti brand and Kelly Infiniti truly does work hard to make it easy on the customer. My most recent transaction was with Chris King who was terrific. We purchased a QX60. I liked Chris as he was so knowledgeable and definitely likable. He's a regular guy and not a "salesperson". He was patient, asked the right questions, determined what we wanted and went to work for us to make it happen as quickly as possible. While Chris was getting some information we also spent some time with Dave Labrecque who also was professional and pleasant to work with. Dave also did his best to save us time and money. We wrapped things up with Adam who again kept things moving along and pain free. Behind the scenes Lisa Avola (GM) was checking in to be sure our needs were being met. This is why we keep coming back! Thank you Chris, Dave, Adam and Lisa!

Avoid

My lease was maturing on 12/1 and they just received off trade a 2011 M37x that I was interested in purchasing. After discussions with Cong Truong, we agreed on a purchase price and I went ahead and secured my own financing. This happened late in the month and I was not able to get them a check before 10/31. In my discussions with Cong, I asked him if it would affect his month end quota if I did not get him the funds by 10/31. He confirmed that it would be no problem at all. I went in on 11/1 to sign documents and learned that Cong was incorrect. They then asked me to use their financing at a rate which was much higher than I already secured. I reluctantly agreed and then had to refinance my loan costing me money and time. During our discussions over the last few days, I asked Cong if my last lease payment could be taken care of by Kelly. He agreed that it would be and informed me to cancel my last automatic payment. When I brought this up again at the time of signing, he conveniently forgot our discussions. I asked to speak to his manager David Coogan, and we came to the agreement that if I was able to provide email proof that Cong and I discussed that the last payment would be taken care of, he would go ahead and pay it off for me. After emailing them the proof, I’m still waiting on this and I was also just charged a late fee. After having a pleasurable experience leasing my G37x in 2011 and having owned three other Nissans purchased from Kelly, I made an effort to keep Kelly in mind while searching for a new car. Things have certainly changed over time. This experience has been completely on the other end of the spectrum. I’ve been annoyed, inconvenienced and ignored which by no means adheres to their motto of we make it easy. My experience certainly does not help retain a loyal customer like myself, I will be going elsewhere in the future. -Wanted to provide an update to my review. Shortly after posting this I was contacted directly by David apologizing for the delay and also to inform me that the check was being sent. I appreciate the fact that they are holding true to their word. I just wish it was taken care of in a more timely manner and without me constantly having to follow up with them. *Wanted to update my review yet again. During the negotiations I stated I wanted the turn in fee of $395 waived for my G37. I was made clear that I wasn't releasing but I felt upheld my end of the leasing agreement and returned a mint car which I should have had some equity. It's not my fault the value of the car was well below residual value. I believed they had agreed to this but when I received my last lease statement, the fee was still on there. I contacted Cong and he mentioned the fee was discounted off the price of the car and told me they would not cover it. My thoughts, they were upset that they had to cover my last payment and stating the fee was discounted off the price of the car is a convenient way to get out of it. I know there are a lot of numbers thrown around during negotiations but these were two requests that I wanted fulfilled. For Kelly to agree and then rescind is unethical. I love the product they sell but my opinion of the dealership has completely changed. I highly recommend looking elsewhere.

Great Experience

I recently bought my used Honda Pilot from Kelly Infiniti. I've owned it for about a month and it is perfect for my needs. Working with Dan was a pleasure, he was very attentive to my needs for a family car. He didn't waste any time finding me the perfect vehicle. Dan also worked around my hectic work schedule and even came in to the dealership on his day off to assist me and answer my questions, I don't think I would have had this kind of experience with any other salesperson or dealership, he is truly one of a kind!

Not just a car purchase, but an experience.

My wife and I were shopping for a luxury mid-sized sedan and stopped into Kelly Infiniti. Being an engineer, I am not exactly impulsive and instead approach things methodically with deliberate circumspect. What a surprise. Kelly Infiniti was not what we expected when we walked into this dealership. Right away, we were warmly greeted by the service desk who introduced us to Cong T., a sales consultant to help us out. Cong is very friendly and knowledgeable of the Infiniti products. First, we asked Cong for information about pre-owned cars and we were given bottles of Poland Springs water, the carfaxes to three possibilities (without any questions) and some space to look over that data. After reviewing the data, we decided to pursue a new car instead of a pre-owned one. We talked to Cong about features, options and most importantly, pricing. Cong was able to offer a extremely attractive dealer incentive to help us decide to purchase a new car. With help from Cong and Adam, we ended up purchasing a beautiful Moonlight White Infiniti M37X that afternoon! And we have been very happy with the car. Most importantly, we feel extremely confident with the entire Kelly Infiniti team (with special recognition of Lisa and Jeff) and know that we are in the best of hands going forward. Thank you Kelly Infiniti!

Great Experience

I recently leased my third Infiniti (Q50) from Kelly Infiniti. In between my second and third i leased another vehicle for about 5 years. Anyway, my sales rep Dave Lebrecque, whom i leased my first G from was there and as soon as I walked in Dave recognized me even though it had been a few years since i was there. The entire process from first meeting to acquisition was the smoothest car buying experience i have ever had. Dave is a true professional, listens to a customers needs, made himself available to answer any questions i had on the car (which there many), and was patient throughout the process. In order to be a successful sales person, you have to know your product and although the Q was a new product, Dave was able to answer all the questions i had about it, demonstrating his knowledge of the car. If your idea of buying/leasing a car includes several meetings, several trips back and forth to the manager that takes hours and hours, this is NOT the place for you. if you want an enjoyable experience with some very knowledgable, easy going atmosphere, then Dave and the folks at Kelly are for you.

Make it Easy and Classy

Overall from the moment I contacted them through email for information they were pure class. Susan A. was very helpful in setting up a time for me to come to test drive what would soon become what my daughter refers to as Sally 2.0. From the moment I walked through the door at my appt, yes an appointment. I didn't have to wait around, they were waiting for me. Cong and Susan greeted me and helped me through every step of the way. Cong and Chris worked above and beyond to get me a great deal. The whole way through the process, they treated me with respect and really worked for me and my needs. If you want to have an experience where it's about what you want and not how the dealer is trying to clear it's inventory then Kelly Infiniti is the place for you.

Great sales people

From the first moment I stepped into the dealership, everyone, starting with Dan H., tried their best to meet our needs. I felt that Dan did an amazing job at following up and making sure we got to test drive the car, get a good deal and feel that we walked out happier than when we walked in the dealership. I would definitely be back when I need another car. On a side note, Dan even recommend a great place for lunch that I visited on two occasions since then.

I had the pleasure of working with Jeff B. and the rest of the Kelly Infiniti team over the past couple of months. Jeff was extremely knowledgable and helpful through the entire process. I never had any issues getting in contact with Jeff, who was always quick to return phone calls. In the end, I purchased a pre-owned G37X for a great price. After picking up the car, I noticed a few cosmetic issues. One call to Jeff and those issues were solved. I would strongly recommend both Jeff B. and Kelly Infiniti for a fair and hassle-free experience.

Visiting and working with Victor and the others at Kelly Infiniti was a very pleasant and rewarding experience. Everyone is very helpful and informative. We purchased the new Q50 prior to its release and were invited to the first showing. We were well informed by the specialists present. Victor, Daniela and Adam were very helpful with our purchase of a car yet to be produced! We took delivery of our wonderful car this month and were impressed with the care and enthusiasm with which we were greeted when we took delivery.

Great experince at Kelly Infiniti

I have had a fortune to purchase my new Infiniti G37x at Kelly Infiniti several weeks ago. First time in my life I learned a business model, which eliminates much of the hassle traditionally associated with car sales. My expectations were exceeded at that dealership. All people I met at Kelly Infiniti were extremely helpful and friendly starting from the first talk with Susan over the phone, then meetings with Jasmin, Adam and others. I felt comfortable working with Jasmin from the very first moment. He took time to answer all my questions about the vehicle, explain advantages and disadvantages. I did not feel any pressure from Him. It seemed to me that He does not sell a car, He just helped me out to select a right car for me and then negotiate a price, The car pick up date/time was scheduled for only my continence and everything was ready on time. Financing part was done by Adam. I did not feel pressured to purchase additional options and was well informed about all of them. I’m driving my new car three weeks already and know for sure that it was the right choice. I’d like to thank you Kelly Infiniti for the great team work and smooth sale process. Completely hassle-free

A completely hassle-free purchasing experience. The major terms were agreed to over the phone (started as an internet sale) prior to visiting the dealer.
